СЦЕНАРНЕ ПЛАНУВАННЯ РОЗВИТКУ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В УМОВАХ НЕСТАБІЛЬНОЇ КОН'ЮНКТУРИ РИНКУ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто особливості управління розвитком міжнародної діяльності українських підприємств-виробників сухого знежиреного молока в умовах нестабільної кон'юнктури ринку. У ході дослідження було виявлено, що для ефективного управління та забезпечення сталого розвитку підприємства необхідним є розробка адаптивної стратегії міжнародної діяльності підприємства, що забезпечує вчасне реагування на зміни та успішну адаптацію до нових умов бізнес-середовища. Було визначено, що для розробки гнучкої стратегії розвитку доцільним є застосування методики сценарного планування. На основі аналізу бізнес-середовища підприємств-виробників сухого знежиреного молока — світового та українського ринку молока, виявлено основні фактори (драйвери), що характеризуються високим ступенем невизначеності, зміна яких може вплинути на розвиток міжнародної діяльності підприємств. Сформовано три сценарії розвитку, що можуть бути використані підприємствами-виробниками сухого знежиреного молока для подальшого дослідження та прийняття стратегічних управлінських рішень у процесі управління розвитком міжнародної діяльності підприємства.

SCENARIO PLANNING OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INTERNATIONAL ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF UNSTABLE MARKET CONDITIONS
Summary
The article considers the peculiarities of managing the development of international activities of Ukrainian enterprises producing skimmed milk powder in the conditions of market instability. The study found that for effective management and sustainable development of the enterprise it is necessary to develop an adaptive strategy of international activities of the enterprise, which provides timely response to change and successful adaptation to new business environment. It was determined that for the development of a flexible development strategy it is advisable to use the methodology of scenario planning, which involves the development of several scenarios for the development of international activities of the enterprise. This is due to the availability of alternative choices, which allows managers to look at possible development options from different points of view, predict the future impact of unpredictable environments and assess the likely consequences of choosing a scenario in developing a strategy for international activities.
To describe the scenarios, the study formed a list of the main contextual factors that are characterized by a high degree of uncertainty and affect the competitiveness of Ukrainian enterprises exporting skimmed milk powder. Thus, based on the analysis of the business environment of enterprises producing skimmed milk powder — the world and Ukrainian milk market, the main factors (drivers) are characterized by a high degree of uncertainty, the change of which may affect the development of the foreign activity of enterprises.
Three scenarios were developed that can be used by enterprises producing skimmed milk powder for further research and strategic management decisions in the process of managing the development of international activities of the enterprise. Also, the developed scenarios can be used by the company to identify early warning signals, form the best strategic options, as well as assess the risk profile or profit of each option given the level of uncertainty. Further studies of the economic feasibility of the proposed scenarios, taking into account the analysis of indicators of the internal environment of the enterprise, will form not only qualitative but also the quantitative description of scenarios and give an opportunity to develop an adaptive strategy for international activities based on the characteristics of its business. This approach will ensure the readiness of the company and the speed of reaction to changes in the world milk market, which in turn will strengthen the competitive position and increase the efficiency of the company's export performance.
