ДЕТЕРМІНУЮЧІ ФАКТОРИ ВПЛИВУ НА ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ЕЛЕКТРОЕНЕРГЕТИЧНИХ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УКРАЇНІ

Анотація

У статті визначено детермінуючі фактори впливу на функціонування електроенергетичних підприємств. Обгрунтовано значення розвитку підприємств енергетичного комплексу та електроенергетики зокрема. Встановлено, що електрична енергія є одним з найбільш універсальних видів енергії, від якої залежність світової економіки тільки зростає, проте, електроенергетична галузь виступає інфраструктурною складовою економічної системи кожної країни. Ефективність її функціонування та розвитку визначає не лише економічне зростання, але й рівень та якість життя населення, що обумовлює підвищений інтерес до виробництва та розподілу енергоресурсів не тільки з боку держави, але й суб'єктів підприємництва й суспільства загалом. Для визначення детермінуючих факторів ідентифікації впливу на функціонування електроенергетичних підприємств та енергетичної галузі в цілому було використано системний підхід. Це дало можливість виокремити такі групи факторів: нормативно-правові, кон'юнктурні, техніко-економічні, соціально-економічні та екологічні.

DETERMINING FACTORS OF INFLUENCE ON FUNCTIONING OF ELECTRIC POWER ENTERPRISES IN UKRAINE

Summary

The article determines the determinants of influence on the functioning of electric power companies. The importance of development of the enterprises of the power complex and electric power in particular is substantiated. It is established that electricity is one of the most versatile types of energy, from which the dependence of the world economy is only growing, however, the electricity industry is an infrastructure component of the economic system of each country. The efficiency of its functioning and development is determined not only by economic growth, but also by the level and quality of life of the population, which determines the increased interest in the production and distribution of energy resources not only from the state but also the subjects of business and society as a whole. It has been found out that in the strategic dimension for our country, the electric power industry is an economic pledge of state sovereignty, a conceptual element of good governance, a dominant factor in the sustainable development of competitive relations and an integral component of integration into the European energy space.
A systematic approach was used to determine the determinants of the identification of the impact on the operation of the electricity companies and the energy industry. This made it possible to distinguish such groups of factors as: first, regulatory ones, determined by the lack of a comprehensive state strategy for the development of the energy industry, effective mechanisms for interaction and coordination of electricity companies and state bodies, in accordance with state development priorities and economic growth goals, etc. Secondly, the situation is caused by the low level of investment potential of domestic electricity companies and the industry as a whole. Thirdly, the technical and economic ones, which are caused by the extremely high rates of deterioration of fixed assets of electric power companies, the backwardness of domestic energy infrastructure compared to foreign power systems, etc. Fourthly, the socio-economic ones, which are characterized by the lack of educational measures of the state to promote the practice of active energy saving among the population, etc. Fifthly, the environmental, which is caused by the destructive impact of electricity production on the environment and the actualization of resource scarcity, etc.
