КРИПТОВАЛЮТА: СТАН ТА ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто поняття "криптовалюта", обгрунтовано популярність цього нового виду фінансового інструменту на економічному просторі, виокремлено основні особливості криптовалюти як одного з виду віртуальних грошей та її вплив на економічну систему. Виокремлено такі ключові особливості криптовалюти: обмін на товари або послуги; обмін на класичну валюту; оплата товарів та послуг; мінімальний рівень неможливості викрадення; платежі, швидкі і прямі транзакції; інвестиційний актив; розвиток бізнесу на криптовалюті.
Наведено переваги та недоліки криптовалюти та особливості її використання. Звернено увагу на Bitcoin, основний вид криптовалюти, який використовується в світі, та проаналізовано динаміку його курсу по відношенню до долара США. Розглянуто питання легалізації криптовалюти в окремих країнах, зокрема, в Україні. Визначено основні вимоги використання криптовалюти при її легалізації. Зосереджено увагу на українському законопроекті щодо порядку узаконення криптовалюти, що планується реалізувати в два етапи. Зроблено висновок про відсутність єдиної думки щодо подальшої стратегії розвитку криптовалюти в світі, її легалізації та законності використання. Наведено бачення щодо подальших тенденцій застосування криптовалюти у повсякденному житті та бізнес-середовищі. Проведено дослідження за проблемою розвитку ринку криптовалюти дозволило виокремити такі тенденції розвитку: нешвидке впровадження електронних грошей в усі сфери життя суспільства; можливість придбання усе більше товарів і послуг за крипто валюту; доповнення ринку фінансових послуг як новий платіжний інструмент та вид інвестиційних активів, не замінюючи при цього в найближчі роки, класичні банківські операції; зниження рівня анонімності при використанні криптовалюти, що буде зумовлено більшою її популяризацією; поширення легітимності криптовалюти у більшості державах світу; стабілізація курсу криптовалюти через 5—10 років; закріплення позицій Bitcoin як основної криптовалюти та поява нових, які досягатимуть масштабів Bitcoin.

CRYPTOCURRENCY: STATE AND TRENDS OF DEVELOPMENT
Summary
In the article the concept of "cryptocurrency" is considered, the popularity of this new type of financial instrument in the economic space is substantiated, the main features of cryptocurrency as one of the types of virtual money and its influence on the economic system are distinguished. The following key features of cryptocurrency are outlined: exchange for goods or services; exchange for classical currency; payment of goods and services; the minimum level of impossibility of theft; payments, quick and direct transactions; investment asset; business development on cryptocurrency.
The advantages and disadvantages of cryptocurrency and the features of its use are given. The focus is on Bitcoin, the main type of cryptocurrency used in the world, and analyzed the dynamics of its course against the US dollar. The issue of legalization of cryptocurrency in some countries, in particular, in Ukraine, is considered. The basic requirements for using of cryptocurrency products during its legalization are defined. The attention is focused on the Ukrainian draft law on the procedure for legalization of cryptocurrency, which is planned to be implemented in two stages. It was concluded that there is no consensus on the further development of cryptocurrency in the world, its legalization and legality for using. The article presents a vision of further trends in the use of cryptocurrency in everyday life and business environment. The conducted research on the problem of development of the cryptocurrency market allowed to distinguish the following trends of its development: the rapid introduction of electronic money in all spheres of society; possibility to purchase more and more goods and services for cryptology; the addition of the financial services market as a new payment instrument and the type of investment assets, while not replacing in the coming years, classical banking operations; decrease the level of anonymity with the use of cryptocurrency, which will be conditioned by its greater popularization; the spread of criminological legitimacy in most countries of the world; stabilization of the crypt-exchange rate in 5—10 years; fixing Bitcoin's position as the main cryptocurrency and the emergence of new, reaching Bitcoin scales.
