СТАТИСТИЧНЕ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ІНТЕНСИВНОСТІ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ІНФОРМАЦІЙНО-КОМУНІКАЦІЙНИХ ТЕХНОЛОГІЙ ДОМАШНІМИ ГОСПОДАРСТВАМИ В "РОЗУМНИХ" ГРОМАДАХ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
Статтю присвячено розробленню теоретико-методологічних засад побудови системи статистичних показників використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій домашніми господарствами і окремими особами задля забезпечення сталого розвитку "розумних" громад в Україні.
У статті проведено аналіз структури населення світу щодо доступу до інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій на сучасному етапі розвитку. Визначено систему показників, що відображають доступ домашніх господарств і приватних осіб до інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій. Розглянуто особливості визначення та наведено методику розрахунку кожного з показників, що входить до зазначеної системи. Проаналізовано доступність інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій для домашніх господарств і приватних осіб в Україні на основі значень відповідних показників у 2016 році.
За результатами проведеного дослідження встановлено, що одним з ключових компонентів міжнародної статистичної роботи є розробка і перегляд системи статистичних індикаторів, які використовуються для моніторингу прогресу в напрямку створення інформаційного суспільства задля забезпечення сталого розвитку "розумних" громад в Україні. В подальших дослідженнях доцільно провести детальний аналіз груп статистичних показників для оцінювання усіх напрямів розвитку інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій в Україні.

STATISTICAL STUDY OF THE INTENSITY OF USING INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES BY HOUSEHOLDS IN "SMART" COMMUNITIES IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article is devoted to the development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the construction of a system of statistical indicators of the use of information and communication technologies by households and individuals in order to ensure the sustainable development of "smart" communities in Ukraine.
The article analyzes the structure of the world's population in terms of access to information and communication technologies at the present stage of development. The system of indicators, which shows the access of households and individuals to information and communication technologies, is determined. The features of the definition are considered and the method of calculation of each of the indicators included in the specified system is given. The article analyzes the availability of information and communication technologies for households and individuals in Ukraine based on the values of the corresponding indicators in 2016.
According to the results of the study, one of the key components of international statistical work is the development and review of a system of statistical indicators used to monitor progress towards the creation of an information society in order to ensure the sustainable development of "smart" communities in Ukraine. In further research, it is advisable to carry out a detailed analysis of groups of statistical indicators to evaluate all areas of the development of information and communication technologies in Ukraine.
