ПРОБЛЕМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ПРИВАБЛИВОГО ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОГО КЛІМАТУ ЯК ЗАСОБУ ПОДОЛАННЯ ДЕСТРУКЦІЙ В ЕКОНОМІЦІ УКРАЇНИ
Анотація
Україна як молода держава, формує інвестиційний ринок, що є найважливішою складовою національної економіки в умовах викликів і загроз XXI ст., нестабільності та гібридної війни. Сама ж економіка країни уражена глибокими деструкціями, подолання яких неможливе без сучасного і сприятливого інвестиційного клімату. У статті розглядаються проблеми та шляхи формування в Україні політичних, правових, економічних, соціальних та інших умов, за яких її інвестиційний ринок набуде привабливого характеру. Значно збільшиться рівень дохідності інвестицій, системно зменшаться ризики інвестування, інвестори отримають мотиви та стимули капіталовкладень в українську економіку. Подібний інвестиційний клімат підвищить рівень інвестиційної привабливості країни. Він стане важливим засобом подолання деструкцій в економіці країни, які гальмують її розвиток.

PROBLEMS OF CREATING AN ATTRACTIVE INVESTMENT CLIMATE AS A MEANS OF OVERCOMING DESTRUCTIONS IN THE ECONOMY OF UKRAINE
Summary
Ukraine аs a young state forms the investment market, which is the most important component of the national economy, in the face of the challenges and threats of the 21st century, instability and hybrid war. Economy of the country is affected by deep destruction, the overcoming of which is impossible without a modern and favorable investment climate. The article deals with the problems and ways of forming political, legal, economic, social and other conditions in Ukraine in which its investment market will become attractive. The level of return on investment will significantly increase, the risks of investing will systematically reduce, investors will receive motives and incentives to invest in the Ukrainian economy. Such an investment climate will increase the level of investment attractiveness of the country. It will become an important means to overcome the destructions in the country's economy, which hinder its development.
