СУТНІСТЬ ТА ПРИНЦИПИ РОЗВИТКУ КОНКУРЕНТНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ СИСТЕМИ
Анотація
У статті сформовано визначення конкурентного потенціалу, який є здатністю підприємства та його системи менеджменту своєчасно та повно формувати збалансований комплекс конкурентних переваг із забезпечення сталого стратегічного розвитку підприємства, його конкурентоспроможності та здатності адаптації до швидкозмінних умов функціонування на ринку. На основі узагальнення підходів науковців щодо структурування складових потенціалу його складовими елементами визначено кадрову, інноваційну, організаційно-управлінську, техніко-технологічну, інформаційну та фінансово-інвестиційну складові. Серед функцій управління конкурентним потенціалом приділено увагу процесам управління його формуванням і розвитком. Визначено, що в основі формування та розвитку конкурентного потенціалу знаходяться загальні й специфічні принципи. Загальними принципами формування і розвитку конкурентного потенціалу визнано принципи системності, оптимальності, безперервності збалансованості, ефективності, адаптивності, повноти. Визнано доцільність групування специфічних принципів формування і розвитку конкурентного потенціалу за складовими елементами потенціалу. В переліку основних специфічних принципів: орієнтація на досягнення стратегічне цілей розвитку, саморозвиток та орієнтація на споживача, всезагальне управління якістю, збалансованість організаційної структури управління, гнучкість інноваційної політики, інноваційна адаптація та сприйнятливість, прогресивність техніко-технологічного розвитку, соціальна відповідальність, професіоналізм і компетентність персоналу.

ESSENCE AND PRINCIPLES OF DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETITIVE POTENTIAL OF ECONOMIC SYSTEM
Summary
In the article is generated the definition of competitive potential, which isdescribed as ability of enterprise and its system of management in good time and can form the fully balanced complex of competitive advantages on supplying of steady strategic development of the enterprise, its competitiveness and ability of adaptation to quick changingoperating conditions on the market.On the basis of generalizing of the approaches of scientists on structuration of components of the potential by its components are determined trained, innovative, organizationally-managerial, technician-technological, information and financial-investment components. Among the functions of management of competitive potential attention to processes of monitoring of its formation and development is paid. It is determined that in the base of formation and development of competitive potential the common and specific principles are.General principles of forming and development of competitive potential are principles of the system, optimality, continuity of balanced, efficiency, adaptivity, plenitude.Expediency of grouping the specific principles of formation and development of competitive potential by its components is recognised.To the list of the main specific principles are related: orientation to achievement of strategic development purposes, self-development and orientation to consumer, general quality management, equilibrium of organizational structures of management, flexibility of innovative politics, innovative adaptation and susceptibility, progressiveness of technician-technological development, social responsibility, high-qualification and competence of the personnel.
