Анотація
У статті розглянуто актуальні питання щодо розроблення моделі державного управління у сфері демократичного цивільного контролю над сектором безпеки і оборони України. Наголошено, що модель державного управління у сфері демократичного цивільного контролю над сектором безпеки і оборони України конкретизує основні шляхи реалізації концептуальних ідей та поглядів розвитку демократичного цивільного контролю над сектором безпеки і оборони, визначених Стратегією національної безпеки України, Стратегічним оборонним бюлетенем України, Воєнною доктриною України. Доведено, що головною метою моделі державного управління у сфері демократичного цивільного контролю над сектором безпеки і оборони України є визначення комплексу стратегічних положень реалізації єдиної державної політики у сфері організації і здійснення демократичного цивільного контролю над сектором безпеки і оборони. Обгрунтовано, принципи та механізми реалізації моделі державного управління у сфері демократичного цивільного контролю над сектором безпеки і оборони України.

THE ESSENCE AND PECULIARITIES OF THE MODEL OF STATE MANAGEMENT IN THE SPHERE OF CIVIL DEMOCRATIC CONTROL OVER THE SECURITY SECTOR AND DEFENSE OF UKRAINE
Summary
The article considers actual issues on development of the model of state management in the sphere of civil democratic control over the security sector and defense of Ukraine. Noted that the model of state management in the sphere of civil democratic control over the security sector and defense of Ukraine specifies the basic ways of realization of conceptual ideas and perspectives of development of civil democratic control over the security sector and defense defined by the national security Strategy of Ukraine's Strategic defence Bulletin of Ukraine, the Military doctrine of Ukraine. It is proved that the main purpose of the model of state management in the sphere of civil democratic control over the security sector and defense of Ukraine is the definition of a complex of strategic provisions of the implementation of unified state policy in the sphere of organization and implementation of democratic civil control over the security sector and defense. Justified, principles and mechanisms of realization of model of state management in the sphere of civil democratic control over the security sector and defense of Ukraine.
