ДИВІДЕНДНА ПОЛІТИКА ПІДПРИЄМСТВА ЯК СКЛАДОВА ПОЛІТИКИ ДОХОДІВ
Анотація
У статті досліджено науково-теоретичні засади формування дивідендної політики як важливої складової політики доходів агропромислового підприємства. Установлено, що дивідендом є дохід, котрий відображає результати керування підприємства та його політики розподілу. Визначено, що дивідендна політика агропромислового виробництва — це політика стосовно розподілу одержаного агропромисловим виробництвом прибутку за тієї умови, що власники агропромислового підприємства мають право на одержання частини прибутку у вигляді дивідендів. Обгрунтовано методи, котрі дозволять побудувати комплексну стратегію управління привабливістю акцій підприємства, що дасть йому можливість мати доступ до порівняно дешевих ресурсів, які необхідні для вирішення задач стратегічного розвитку. Досліджено головні задачі та основні фактори, що визначають дивідендну політику агропромислового підприємства.

DIVIDEND ENTERPRISE POLICY AS A COMPONENT OF INCOME POLICY
Summary
This article explores the scientific and theoretical principles of dividend policy formation as an important component of agrarian industry enterprise income policy. In particular, the main factors determining the dividend policy, the typical scheme and the principles of its formation were systematized. This paper emphasizes the need measuring the effectiveness of the dividend policy using the following indicators. The importance of forming a strategy for managing the investment attractiveness of the shares was highlighted separately. Practical recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of dividend policy are outlined. It is established that the dividend is income that reflects the results of management of the enterprise and its distribution policy. It is determined that the dividend policy of agro-industrial production is a policy regarding the distribution of profit received by agro-industrial production, provided that the owners of the agro-industrial enterprise are entitled to receive part of the profit in the form of dividends. The methods which will allow to create the complex strategy of management of attractiveness of shares of the enterprise which will give it an opportunity to have access to rather cheap resources necessary for the decision of strategic development are grounded. It is determined that the payment of dividends by the shares implies the issue of an additional block of shares of the company and its distribution among the shareholders in proportion to their share in the authorized capital of the enterprise. When applying this method, the shareholders receive virtually no cash income, however, they can always sell additional securities on the market, receiving monetary compensation. It is dangerous to have such a large number of shareholders, which will lead to a so-called "stock drop" and, consequently, a rapid fall in their market price. It is substantiated that in order for the placement of shares of domestic agro-industrial enterprises on foreign stock markets to be effective and profitable, the management of the enterprise should give priority to the market parameters of the traded shares. The main tasks and main factors that determine the dividend policy of the agro-industrial enterprise are investigated.
