ОСНОВНІ ФАКТОРИ ВПЛИВУ НА ФУНКЦІОНУВАННЯ ГОТЕЛЬНО-РЕСТОРАННИХ КОМПЛЕКСІВ ТА ТУРИЗМУ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті систематизовано існуючі наукові підходи до визначення основних факторів впливу на функціонування готельно-ресторанної та туристичної сфери України на сучасному етапі розвитку. Виявлено, що науковці визначають та аналізують достатньо широкий перелік факторів дії на розвиток туристичної індустрії Україні (туристичної та готельно-ресторанної сфери). Виявлено, що вагома увага приділяється таким суттєвим та масштабним за складом факторам, як зовнішні та внутрішні, позитивні та негативні. Також у наукових працях можна зустріти підходи, які орієнтовані на представлення комплексних систематизацій, які, на нашу думку, є найбільш змістовними та дозволяють визначити найбільш повний спектр факторів впливу. Визначено, що в умовах постійних змін існує факт трансформацій основних класифікаційних ознак комплексу факторів впливу. В процесі дослідження проведено оцінку певних факторів впливу на розвиток туристичної індустрії України, зокрема, в контексті вивчення природно-рекреаційних факторів, визначено типи регіонів України за рівнем забезпеченості природно-рекреаційними ресурсами, проаналізовано рівень впливу інфраструктурних факторів. Подальші наукові дослідження з цього питання можуть бути концентровані в напрямі можливого прогнозування появи нових класифікаційних ознак факторів впливу, що виникнуть внаслідок трансформацій туристичної індустрії.

THE MAIN FACTORS INFLUENCING THE FUNCTIONING OF HOTEL-RESTAURANT COMPLEXES AND TOURISM IN UKRAINE
Summary
The article systematizes the existing scientific approaches to determining the main factors influencing the functioning of the hotel-restaurant and tourism sector of Ukraine at the present stage of development. It is found that scientists define and analyze a sufficiently wide list of factors of influence on the development of the tourist industry in Ukraine (tourism, hotel and restaurant sphere). It has been found that considerable emphasis is placed on such essential and large-scale factors as external and internal, positive and negative. Also, in scientific works, one can find approaches that are oriented towards the presentation of complex systematizations, which in our opinion are the most meaningful and allow us to determine the most complete spectrum of factors of influence. It is determined that in the conditions of constant changes there is a fact of transformations of the main classification features of the complex of factors of influence. In the course of the research, an assessment of certain factors influencing the development of the tourism industry of Ukraine, in particular, in the context of the study of natural and recreational factors, identified the types of regions of Ukraine by the level of availability of natural and recreational resources, analyzed the level of influence of infrastructure factors. Further scientific research on this issue may be concentrated in the direction of possible prediction of the emergence of new classification signs of the factors of influence that will arise as a result of the transformations of the tourism industry.
