Анотація

Проведено аналіз інституційного забезпечення транскордонного співробітництва. Досліджено особливості організаційно-фінансового регулювання транскордонного співробітництва. Визначено особливості формування пріоритетних завдань та позицій програм транскордонного співробітництва. Визначено місце екологічно-спрямованих пріоритетів у структурі фінансування програм транскордонного співробітництва. Виявлено еколого-економічні проблеми розвитку транскордонного співробітництва та запропоновано заходи з їх мінімізації.

CONDITION OF INSTITUTIONAL SUPPLY OF TRANSBORDER COOPERATION IN THE EU COUNTRIES

Summary

The analysis of institutional support of cross-border cooperation is carried out. The peculiarities of organizational and financial regulation of cross-border cooperation are investigated. The peculiarities of formation of priority tasks and positions of transborder cooperation programs are determined. The place of ecologically-oriented priorities in the structure of financing of cross-border cooperation programs is determined. The ecological and economic problems of the development of cross-border cooperation were identified and measures were taken to minimize them.
