Анотація
У статті представлено комплекс проблем досягнення сталого розвитку економічних систем. Представлено принципи застосування фінансових інструментів для стабілізації розвитку економік та визначено напрями їх застосування.
The complex of problems of achievement of steady development of the economic systems is represented in the article. Principles of application of financial instruments are represented for stabilizing of development of economies and directions of their application.
