ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ ТЕОРЕТИЧНИХ ПОГЛЯДІВ ЩОДО СУТНОСТІ ФІНАНСОВИХ РЕСУРСІВ ДЕРЖАВИ

Анотація

Досліджено сутність та значення фінансових ресурсів держави, розкрито існуючі підходи до їх сутності з точки зору історичної ретроспективи, обгрунтовано необхідність існування фінансових ресурсів у суспільстві, визначено основні класифікаційні ознаки, які відображають різні погляди на значення фінансових ресурсів та виділення окремих їх елементів, запропоновано комплексне визначення терміну "фінансові ресурси держави".

The article deals with the question of the essence and importance of the financial resources of the statewere examined in this article. Existing approaches to its essence in terms of historical retrospectives was analyzed. The necessity of the existence of financial resources in the community was approved. The basic classification features, which reflect different views on the importance of financial resources and the allocation of their individual elements was explored. A comprehensive definition of "financial resources of the state" was proposed.
