УДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ДЕРЖАВНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
У статті зазначено, що забезпечити інноваційний розвиток України можна тільки в разі ефективної роботи організаційно-економічного механізму державного регулювання інноваційної діяльності. Удосконалити даний механізм можна, відрегулювавши процес здійснення різноманітних заходів всередині кожного з функціональних блоків цього механізму — економічно-фінансового, нормативно-правового та організаційного.
It is mentioned in the article that to provide the innovative development in Ukraine is possible in case of the effective work of the organizational and economic mechanism of the state regulating of the innovative sphere. To improve the given mechanism is possible having improved the process of the accomplishment of the different measures inside each of the functional blocks of this mechanism — economic-financial, legislative and organizational.
