ВПЛИВ ЗЕМЕЛЬНОЇ ВЛАСНОСТІ НА ЕФЕКТИВНЕ ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ЗЕМЛІ В СІЛЬСЬКОМУ ГОСПОДАРСТВІ
Анотація
У статті розкрито значення земельних ресурсів для розвитку суспільства, його продуктивних сил. Досліджено основні тенденції використання, відтворення та охорони земельних ресурсів в Україні. Виявлено суперечності проведення земельної реформи. Узагальнено основні науково-теоретичні уявлення щодо особливостей і тенденцій розвитку земельних відносин; визначено основні проблеми землекористування. Розроблено понятійний апарат сталого землекористування, на основі системного підходу визначено його принципи, обгрунтовано систему планування сталого землекористування та процес його здійснення. Обгрунтовується управлінський інструментарій забезпечення раціонального землекористування. Розглядаються необхідність і основні шляхи підвищення ефективності земельних відносин як чинник підвищення ефективності використання земельних угідь та впровадження в країні ринку землі, а також методика розрахунку показників економічної ефективності. Запропоновано систему оцінки ефективності діяльності сільськогосподарського підприємства.

THE IMPACT OF LAND OWNERSHIP ON THE EFFECTIVE USE OF LAND IN AGRICULTURE
Summary
The article demonstrates the value of the land resources for the development of the society and productive forces. The major tendencies of the Ukrainian land resources usage, restoration and protection are explored. The controversial issues in the land reform implementation are determined. The necessity of creation of the scientific system of steady development of land-tenure is considered in the article, conducted the critical comprehension, generalization and systematization of existent experience. As a result of research conclusions are done about the necessity of the improvement existent system of indexes of estimation of constancy of development after blocks and necessity of subsequent theoretical researches in relation to the improvement of the system for the use of her on a level. Consider the need for and the basic ways to improve land relations as factor in improving the efficiency of land use and implementation of the country's land market, and the method of calculation of economic indicators efficiency. The system of evaluating the performance of agricultural enterprise.
