ПРОБЛЕМИ ФОРМУВАННЯ ЕФЕКТИВНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ МІЖБЮДЖЕТНОГО РЕГУЛЮВАННЯ В УКРАЇНІ ТА ШЛЯХИ ЇХ ВИРІШЕННЯ
Анотація
У статті висвітлено проблеми формування ефективного механізму міжбюджетного регулювання. Досліджено міжбюджетні відносини, які склалися після прийняття Бюджетного кодексу України. Розглянуто механізм бюджетного вирівнювання як інструмент активної регіональної політики економічного зростання та запропоновано шляхи його вдосконалення.
The problems of forming of effective mechanism of the interbudgetary adjusting are reflected in the article. Investigational interbudgetary relations which was folded after acceptance of the Budgetary code of Ukraine. The mechanism of the budgetary smoothing as instrument of active regional policy of the economy growing is considered and the ways of his perfection are offered.
