Анотація
У статті розглянуто народне представництво як прояв волі народу. Висвітлено різні теорії розуміння народного представництва. Зазначено, що представницька влада грунтується на нормах закону, які виступають юридичним оформленням політичних рішень. Обгрунтовано, що народне представництво є поєднанням влади та свободи. Зазначено, що в процесі побудови сучасної концепції народного представництва необхідно враховувати інституціональний, функціональний, ідеологічний та інші аспекти.

Summary
A folk representative office as display of will of people is considered in the article. The different theories of understanding of folk representative office are reflected. It is marked that representative power is base on norms of law, that come forward as legal registration of political decisions. Reasonably, that a folk representative office is combination of power and freedom. It is marked that in the process of construction of modern conception of folk representative office it is necessary to take into account, functional, ideological and other institutional aspects.
