ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ ЗАЦІКАВЛЕНИХ СТОРІН В КОРПОРАТИВНОМУ УПРАВЛІННІ БАНКІВ

Анотація

Досліджуються групи зацікавлених сторін в корпоративному управлінні банків та їх вплив на банківську діяльність; необхідність підсилення регулятивного впливу держави в особі НБУ та роль інформаційної прозорості для цих груп; пріоритети та врегулювання інтересів зацікавлених сторін з точки зору стратегії розвитку банківського бізнесу.

The groups of the interested parties in the corporate management of banks and their influence are probed on bank activity; a necessity of strengthening of regulating influence of the state in the person of NBU and role of informative transparency is for these groups; priorities and settlements of interests of the interested parties are from point of strategy of development of bank business.
