Анотація
Здійснено комплексну оцінку сучасного стану ринку праці в Україні. Виявлено основні відмінності його функціонування у порівнянні зі світовими тенденціями. Охарактеризовано ключові проблеми формування інноваційного типу зайнятості на найближчу перспективу. Визначено інституційні передумови якісної трансфомації вітчизняного ринку праці на інноваційній основі.

CURRENT STATE OF THE LABOUR MARKET IN UKRAINE AND POSTINDUSTRIAL MEGATRENDS OF ITS QUALITATIVE TRANSFORMATION
Summary
Comprehensive assessment of the current state of the labor market in Ukraine is implemented. The main inconsistencies of its functioning compared with international trends are identified. The key issues of the formation of innovative type of employment in the near future are characterized. The institutional preconditions of qualitative transformation of the domestic labor market on the basis of innovation are defined.
