Анотація

Визначено роль держави у формуванні та реалізації антикризової стратегії у реальному секторі економіки. Уточнено основні методологічні положення формування стратегії антикризового регулювання реального сектору економіки України, що має бути спрямована на підвищення технологічного укладу виробництва для створення в країні більшої частки доданої вартості виробленої продукції.

THE STRATEGY OF CRISIS MANAGEMENT FOR THE REAL ECONOMY SECTOR

Summary

Determined that the state's role in shaping and implementing the strategy of crisis management the real economy is not a simple expansion of state presence in the economy and to improve the effectiveness of long-term public policy and concrete actions to improve the economy, improve social status of citizens. However, the state should be guided by the criteria of preservation of market freedom and the ability to detect the use of property available for investment in the restructuring of certain industries industry.
As the purpose of anti-crisis strategy for real sector Ukraine should increase technological structure of production in the country to create more value added products. Movement in this direction requires the inclusion of anti-crisis strategy three fundamental points: the need to develop a consistent system of market institutions, the most important element of which — legal provision covering "a set of property rights"; the focus should be focused on creating a mechanism of market competition.
