РОЗРАХУНОК ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО ЕФЕКТУ ПРИ ПІДВИЩЕННІ ПРОДУКТИВНОСТІ ПРАЦІ В РЕЗУЛЬТАТІ ПРОВЕДЕННЯ ЗАХОДІВ ЩОДО ЗАПОБІГАННЯ ЗАБРУДНЕННЯ АТМОСФЕРИ
Анотація
Аналіз матеріалів по охороні атмосферного повітря від викидів промислових підприємств свідчить про те, що існуюча організація планування і координації робіт не забезпечує своєчасної розробки шляхів охорони атмосферного повітря, методів його контролю, методик прогнозування рівня забруднення.
Внаслідок цього забруднення повітряного басейну практично не знижується, що завдає великого збитку здоров'ю людей, довкіллю і супроводжується значними економічними втратами. На наш погляд, навіть приблизна оцінка цих втрат могла б істотно вплинути на процес прийняття рішень підприємств щодо їх зниження. А це, в свою чергу, стало б істотним поповненням як для бюджету окремих міст, так і регіонів.

CALCULATION OF ECONOMIC EFFECT AT INCREASE OF THE LABOUR PRODUCTIVITY AS A RESULT OF LEADTHROUGH OF MEASURES ON PREVENTION OF CONTAMINATION OF ATMOSPHERE
Summary
The analysis of materials on the guard of atmospheric air from the extrass of industrial enterprises testifies that existent organization of planning and co-ordinations of works does not provide timely development of ways of guard of atmospheric air, methods of his control, methods of prognostication of level of contamination.
As a result of this contamination of air pool does not go down practically, that inflicts a great damage the health of people, to the environment and accompanied considerable economic losses. In our view, even the rough estimate of these losses would substantially influence on the process of making decision enterprises in relation to their decline. And it, in same queue, would become substantial addition both for the budget of separate cities and regions.
