УЗГОДЖЕННЯ СУТНОСТІ ТА ОЦІНЮВАННЯ ЯКОСТІ ОСВІТИ

Анотація

У статті розглянуті різні авторські підходи та наукові точки зору щодо оцінювання якості освіти, узгоджено сутнісний зміст якості освіти, розглянуті вимоги та потреби замовників і споживачів освітніх послуг, а також специфіка споживання послуг; запропоновано підхід до оцінювання якості освіти випускника.

In the article various authors’ approaches and scientific points of view concerning the education quality assessment are considered, the essential content of education quality is harmonized, the needs and demands of customers and consumers of educational services as well as the specifics of consumption of services are considered and the approach to education quality assessment of graduates is suggested.
