СУЧАСНІ МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ВИКЛИКИ ТЕОРІЇ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ ДЕРЖАВИ ЯК САМОСТІЙНОЇ НАУКОВОЇ ДИСЦИПЛІНИ
Анотація
У статті обгрунтовується теза про те, що теорія економічної безпеки держави як наукова дисципліна сьогодні перебуває на початку нового етапу розвитку. З огляду на це наукова спільнота для дослідження проблематики цієї дисципліни вже найближчим часом потребуватиме оновлення методологічної основи, верифікації напрацьованих знань і нових пріоритетів наукових досліджень.
Реагуючи на нові виклики, що виникають на сучасному етапі розвитку теорії економічної безпеки держави, автор характеризує ключові засади, які мають бути переглянуті. Першочергове значення мають такі з них: зміна парадигми означеної наукової дисципліни, запровадження загальноприйнятого науковою спільнотою поняття "економічна безпека держава" та комплексу базових дефініцій, перегляд структури економічної безпеки держави.
На основі результатів дослідження пропонується цілісне бачення методологічних засад теорії економічної безпеки держави, що відповідає специфіці нинішньої історичної епохи.

MODERN METHODOLOGICAL CHALLENGES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE THEORY OF ECONOMIC SECURITY OF THE STATE AS AN AUTONOMOUS SCIENTIFIC DISCIPLINE
Summary
The author substantiates the thesis that intensification of scientific research in the field of the economic security of the state is observed during a period of increasing instability and threats to society at different levels (individual, state, global economy) and increasing citizens' belief that the state is able to stabilize the situation. Based on this statement, the author concludes, that the theory of economic security of the state as a scientific discipline today is at the beginning of its new stage of its development.
The presented article draws attention to the essential methodological problems which deteriorate potential of the economic security of the state. The scientific community needs an updated methodological framework in order to keep up with the latest trends.
In response to the new challenges the author presents an analysis of key principles that need to be revised. Firstly, a research paradigm should be changed. Liberal approaches in the social sciences are not relevant enough at the moment to understand and to describe very complicated phenomena of the economic security of the state and tendencies of its transformation in the modern world. The realpolitik concepts are getting dominating in the theory and practice.
Secondly, the author makes an attempt to organize the categorical apparatus of the discipline. This is a crucial task in the light of establishing of the common platform for numerous groups of scientists, who are working on various aspects of this topic. A lot of scientific schools and prominent specialists' research has been analyzed to verify and systematize the most important terms and its definitions withing ecosestate. Based on knowledge obtained a set of universal and coherent definitions has been introduced.
Thirdly, the revision of the structure of economic security of the state has been conducted in the article. A new approach proposed is more appropriate to the new reality.
Generally, based on the results of the study, the author proposes a holistic vision of the methodological foundations of the theory of economic security of the state, which corresponds to the specifics of the current historical period.
