СТАН ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ СФЕРИ ФІЗИЧНОЇ КУЛЬТУРИ В УКРАЇНІ
Анотація
У статті висвітлено питання сучасного стану сфери фізичної культури в Україні. Наголошується на необхідності доцільного та ефективного розвитку індустрії масового та професійного спорту. Проведено аналіз результатів Олімпійських ігор та узагальнено моделі управління та фінансування сфери фізичної культури в країнах-переможцях Олімпіад. Розкриваються питання пошуку джерел фінансування сфери фізичної культури, проблеми організації управління сферою в умовах економічної кризи в країни та недостатнього фінансування з боку держави. Висвітлюються можливості використання зарубіжного досвіду. Запропоновано модель, за якою державою має фінансуватися масовий спорт, а професійний спорт має бути фінансований профільними федераціями, клубами і Національним олімпійським комітетом. Розроблено комплекс заходів щодо підвищення результативності функціонування в Україні закладів фізичної культури та спорту.

THE CONDITIONS AND PROSPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT IN THE PHYSICAL EDUCATION FIELD IN UKRAINE
Summary
This article shows the situation of the Physical Education sphere in Ukraine. The necessity of purposeful and effective development of the Olympic Games results analysis is carried out and the management models and financing the Physical Education sphere in Olympic Games countries-winners is generalized. The issues of searching for sources of financing the Physical Education sphere are thoroughly studied in this article as well as the problem of organizing management of the related sphere in the conditions of our country's economic crisis and the lack of our government's financing. The opportunities of using other countries' experience are demonstrated. The model utilized by our government to finance mass sport is suggested. However, professional sport has to be financed by the appropriate federations, clubs and the National Olympic Committee. A wide range of measures concerning the increasing of successful functioning in Physical Education and Sports facilities establishments in Ukraine is developed.
