Анотація

У статті обгрунтовано методичний підхід до забезпечення ефективності функціонування підприємств готельного господарства з урахуванням оцінки їх конкурентоспроможності в умовах ризику та загроз. В якості ключового показника досліджено рентабельність діяльності підприємств готельного бізнесу з урахуванням показника організаційно-економічної ефективності.

ENSURING EFFICIENCY OF ENTERPRISES HOTEL INDUSTRY

Summary

In the article the methodical approach to ensure the efficiency of hotel management companies based on an assessment of their competitiveness in terms of risk and threats. As a key indicator of the profitability of enterprises studied hotel business based indicator of organizational and economic efficiency.
Proved that the hotel industry is sensitive to increased risk and uncertainty of influence factors determining the state of the tourism industry. Determined that for businesses hotel industry characterized by such types of risks, such as: changes in market conditions; volatility of prices for hotel services; lower quality of service; volatility of the value of resources used in the business of hospitality; lack of financial resources; lack of proper information support potential investors; increased tax pressure; increase interest rates on loans; declining population and volume of tourist flow; lower income levels.
Grounded methodical approach to assessing the competitiveness of enterprises of hotel business in the face of uncertainty and risk, based on the principles of efficiency of their work and of the effective rate investigated the profitability of hotel enterprises depending on the seasonal tourist flow. In this regard, the priority directions of development of hotel services Kyiv region should be the following: proof of service quality to international standards, improvement of tourism technologies, new types and forms of service provision that will more fully meet the needs of consumers.
