КУМУЛЯТИВНО-ЦІЛЬОВИЙ ПІДХІД ДО ФОРМУВАННЯ ІНТЕГРОВАНОЇ СИСТЕМИ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНИМ РОЗВИТКОМ МАШИНОБУДІВНОГО ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
У статті наведено класифікацію існуючих підходів і розкрито сутність кумулятивно-цільового підходу до формування інтегрованої системи управління економічним розвитком машинобудівного підприємства шляхом уточнення його сутнісних характеристик, цілей і функцій. У результаті проведених досліджень виділено етапи застосування кумулятивно-цільового підходу до побудови інтегрованих систем управління в умовах аутсорсингу та інсорсингу.
The classification of existent approaches is resulted and essence of cumulative-having a special purpose approach to forming of integration management system by economic development of machine-building enterprise by clarification of it essence descriptions, aims and functions is exposed in the article. As a result of the conducted researches the stages of application of the cumulative-having a special purpose going are selected near the construction of integration management system in the conditions of outsourcing and insourcing.
