АНАЛІЗ МАЛОГО ТА СЕРЕДНЬОГО БІЗНЕСУ УКРАЇНИ ПІД ЧАС ПАНДЕМІЇ COVID-19
Анотація
В статті було проаналізовано основні тенденції впливу пандемії Covid-19 на малий та середній бізнес України, визначено наслідки обумовлені всесвітньою кризою. Зазначено основні тенденції та перспективи розвитку підприємств, що зазнали чималих втрат у зв'язку з пандемією. Відображено основні напрями діяльності держави, що були направлені на підтримку малого та середнього бізнесу у скрутний час. В процесі дослідження було проаналізовано загальні процеси на підприємствах, компаніях, установах, що зазнали збитків. Проведено порівняльну загальну характеристику підприємств України в порівнянні до високорозвинених країн з огляду на рівень підтримки від держави. В ході порівняльного аналізу були запропоновані шляхи та методи державної допомоги малому та середньому бізнесу України.

ANALYSIS OF UKRAINIAN SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Summary
The article analyzes the main trends in the impact of the coronavirus pandemic on small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine. The main tendencies and prospects of enterprise development are determined. The directions of the state's activity that were aimed at supporting business in difficult times are reflected. In the course of the research, the general processes at the enterprises that suffered losses were analyzed. A comparative description of enterprises in Ukraine and European countries about the level of support from the state.
The study analyzes the general transformation processes taking place in enterprises as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. The analysis of the basic effective decisions of the state which are applied to the enterprises of small and average is carried out. The authors also identified how the crisis affected the country's economic performance. The study found that the introduction of state support for European enterprises has a significant impact on the overall efficiency of workers.
The study also examines the main trends of economic change that are relevant for domestic companies. It is determined which directions of implementation of decisions in the business branch are already actively developing in our state. Several factors that negatively impact the process of entrepreneurship development in this area have been identified. It is established that the introduction of modern information technologies will allow Ukrainian companies to increase the level of competitiveness and properly meet the growing needs of customers. The main directions of the state's activity, which were aimed at supporting small and medium-sized businesses in difficult times, are reflected. In the course of the research the general processes at the enterprises, the companies, establishments that have suffered losses were analyzed. The comparative general characteristic of the enterprises of Ukraine in comparison with the highly developed countries considering the level of support from the state is carried out. In the course of comparative analysis, ways and methods of state aid to small and medium-sized businesses in Ukraine were proposed.
