СТРАТЕГІЧНІ ПИТАННЯ ПОБУДОВИ БІЗНЕС-МОДЕЛЕЙ ЦИРКУЛЯРНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ

Анотація

Статтю присвячено впливу циркулярної економіки на ефективність ведення бізнесу. Проаналізовано сутність та принципи циркулярної економіки, розглянуто успішний досвід країн, що вже значною мірою мають досвід з впровадження циркулярної економіки, визначена проблема обмеженості природніх ресурсів що вимагає звернути увагу на їх раціональне використання. Також акцентовано увагу на необхідності застосування альтернативних джерел енергії та максимальній переробці побутового сміття. Запропоновано ряд рекомендацій з метою впровадження елементів циркулярної економіки в Україні, що дозволять скоротити споживання природніх ресурсів та сформувати відповідну свідомість населення з екологічних і побутових питань, поводження з побутовими відходами та використаною побутовою технікою. Зокрема, представлено приблизний план та рекомендації мають бути реалізовані до 2030 року.

STRATEGIC ISSUES OF CIRCULAR ECONOMY BUSINESS-MODELS DEVELOPMENT

Summary

The article is devoted to the influence of the circular economy on the efficiency of doing business. The essence and principles of circular economy are analyzed, the successful experience of the countries which already have considerable experience of introduction of circular economy is considered, the problem of limited natural resources which needs attention to their rational use is defined. Emphasis is also placed on the need to use alternative energy sources as well as the maximum recycling of household waste. Recommendations for Ukraine on reducing the consumption of natural resources, forming the appropriate awareness of the population on environmental issues, household waste management and used household appliances are proposed. In 2017, the National Waste Management Strategy was adopted, in particular the introduction of a circular economy. In particular, a rough plan and recommendations to be used by 2030 were presented. Within the framework of the agreement between Ukraine and the EU, our state has undertaken to harmonize national legislation with European legislation. Its implementation in Ukraine has only just begun, so the necessary results have not yet been achieved. Therefore, the study of mechanisms for implementing and supporting the circular economy should be continued. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the theoretical foundations of the circular economy and its formation in the process of production and consumption of resources, making proposals for its development and analysis of problematic issues. To reduce environmental and social risks, it is necessary to comprehensively develop and implement the circular economy, the implementation of which is necessary. There is a need for a more detailed study of decapitation analysis at the business level, taking into account the quantitative distribution and efficient use of natural resources. Ukraine is only at the beginning of a circular economy. For greater development in this area, Ukraine should pay attention to the experience of EU countries in material assistance to the development of their own scientific, high-tech and innovative industries, as well as directing funds to the most promising areas of cooperation with the EU.
