ІННОВАЦІЙНІ ЗАСАДИ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ БЕЗПЕКИ МАЛОГО ТА СЕРЕДНЬОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА
Анотація
У статті розглянуто питання забезпечення економічної безпеки малого та середнього підприємництва як діалектичної єдності інноваційних економічних дій та методів зменшення загроз діяльності суб'єктів такого підприємництва. Досліджено взаємозв'язок інноваційного розвитку з забезпеченням економічної безпеки малого та середнього підприємництва, каталізатори інноваційного розвитку економіки з відповідним їх аналізуванням у контексті проблематики дослідження. Виокремлено загрози економічній безпеці малого та середнього підприємництва й зроблено висновок про те, що чинники, які справляють негативний вплив та подекуди перешкоджають досягненню висхідного тренду економічного зростання, можна вважати одночасно стримуючими та стимулюючими у контексті розвитку вітчизняної економіки загалом, промислового сектору й сфери економічної безпеки, зокрема малого та середнього підприємництва, бо вони сприяють породженню загроз його економічній безпеці та є можливостями щодо створення умов для підвищення її рівня.

INNOVATIVE PRINCIPLES OF ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Summary
The article examines the relationship between the level of innovation activity of domestic economic entities in the current realities of Ukraine's economic development with the economic security of small and medium entrepreneurship. The issue of ensuring the economic security of small and medium entrepreneurship as a dialectical unity of innovative economic actions and methods of reducing threats to the activities of such entrepreneurship is considered. The concepts of "innovation" and "innovation activity" as important economic categories are studied, taking into account the fact that in the scientific terminological and conceptual apparatus there is no permanent definition of these concepts and clearly defined relationship between innovation development and economic security of small and medium entrepreneurship. The catalysts of innovative economic development are studied as both restraining and stimulating factors with their corresponding analysis as such that lead to threats to the economic security of small and medium entrepreneurship in the context of innovation growth on an innovative basis and are opportunities to create conditions for improving its level economic security. Threats to the economic security of small and medium entrepreneurship were identified and it was concluded that during the study period there was a gradual decrease in economic development opportunities on an innovative basis and the general deterioration of competitiveness of Ukrainian industrial enterprises and their products. the state as a whole and small and medium entrepreneurship. It is noted that the achievement of the appropriate state of protection is possible due to the harmonized development of small and medium entrepreneurship with the appropriate use of resources of various kinds and their efficient distribution. It is concluded that the factors that have a negative impact and sometimes hinder the upward trend of economic growth can be considered both restraining and stimulating factors of the domestic economy in general, industrial sector and economic security, including small and medium entrepreneurship, as they pose a threat in this area and are opportunities to create conditions to increase its economic security.
