ТИПИ КОНФЛІКТІВ ПЕРСОНАЛУ ТА ШЛЯХИ ЇХ ВИРІШЕННЯ В ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
У статті було розглянуто трактування поняття "конфлікту" науковцями та здійснено уточнення змісту цієї категорії. Досліджено класифікації конфліктів на підприємствах та наведено власну типологію. Розглянуто та досліджено етапи та способи вирішення конфліктів та сформовано власну стратегію вирішення конфліктів на підприємстві. Проведено аналіз статистичних даних щодо колективних трудових спорів (конфліктів) за 2020 рік в Україні в розрізі сфер діяльності та регіонів. Результатом дослідження стало виявлення найбільших конфліктних (у значенні конфлікту персоналу) сфер діяльності та регіонів. У результаті дослідження сформовано матрицю способів вирішення конфліктів на підприємстві з метою вибору найкращого. Це в подальшому сприятиме швидшому вирішення конфліктів та мінімізації їхнього впливу на економічне становище компанії.

TYPES OF PERSONNEL CONFLICTS AND WAYS OF THEIR RESOLUTION IN THE ACTIVITY OF THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
This article considers the interpretation of the concept of "conflict" by scientists and clarifies the content of this category. The classifications of conflicts in enterprises are studied, and our typology is given. Stages and ways of conflict resolution are considered. The statistical data analysis of collective labor disputes (conflicts) for 2020 in Ukraine in activity areas and regions is analyzed. The result of the study was the identification of the most significant conflict (in the sense of staff conflict) by areas of activities and regions. The research result is a matrix of ways to resolve conflicts in the enterprise to choose the best one. It will further help to resolve conflicts faster and minimize their impact on the company's economic situation.
It was possible to identify the types of conflicts and the main problems that lead to conflict situations in the enterprise regarding the research. It was proposed the conflict resolution strategy. It's the sequence of stages of conflict resolution at the enterprise. The development of this strategy was necessary, as this process must take place in stages, to clearly understand all the problems that led to the conflict.
Relationships within the workforce affect not only the activities of employees or individual teams, but also the work of the entire enterprise. How employees relate to each other affects their emotional state, productivity, and so on. Conflict management in an enterprise is complex. It is necessary to know subordinates, their psychological characteristics to predict their moods.
Conflicts arise not only within the framework of negotiations but also in any business and personal contacts. As known, the conflict has a subjective nature, and therefore it is necessary to analyze the entire set of factors that predetermine its occurrence.
Conflicts in the organization negatively affect the psychological atmosphere in the team, on the relationship between employees, lead to a decrease in labor productivity, and, of course, to the reduction in the financial results of activities in general, therefore it is necessary to eliminate them.
