СТРАТЕГІЧНЕ УПРАВЛІННЯ ЯК ЕЛЕМЕНТ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЙНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНОГО МЕХАНІЗМУ ЗАБЕЗПЕЧЕННЯ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ СТІЙКОСТІ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА
Анотація
Статтю присвячено дослідженню місця, ролі та особливостей стратегічного управління як елемента організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення економічної стійкості підприємства. Розглянуто різні точки зору на визначення сутності категорії "економічна стійкість підприємства", представлені у відкритих наукових джерелах, запропоновано авторське трактування. Визначено ключову роль стратегічного управління в процесі забезпечення високого рівня економічної стійкості підприємства, окреслено специфічні ознаки стратегічної націленості управління економічною стійкістю підприємства. Запропоновано з метою підвищення ефективності стратегічного управління економічною стійкістю застосовувати відповідні механізми, спрямовані на оцінювання, аналіз, прогнозування та контроль її забезпечення. Представлено авторське бачення моделі організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення економічної стійкості підприємства, підгрунтям якого є стратегічне управління. Розкрито зміст основних елементів представленого організаційно-економічного механізму забезпечення економічної стійкості підприємства, окрему увагу приділено системі його забезпечення.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT AS AN ELEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM TO ENSURE ECONOMIC SUSTAINABILITY OF THE ENTERPRISE
Summary
The article is devoted to the study of the place, role and features of strategic management as an element of the organizational and economic mechanism of managing the economic stability of the enterprise. Different points of view on the definition of the essence of the category "economic stability of the enterprise", presented in open scientific sources, the author's interpretation is offered. The key role of strategic management in the process of ensuring a high level of economic stability of the enterprise is determined, the specific features of the strategic focus of the management of economic stability of the enterprise are outlined. The basic principles of strategic management of economic stability of the enterprise are outlined: the purpose, targets, principles, functions, methods and tools of strategic management of economic stability of the enterprise are defined. In order to increase the effectiveness of strategic management of economic stability, it is proposed to use appropriate mechanisms aimed at assessing, analyzing, forecasting and monitoring its provision. It is determined that the different types of management mechanisms presented in scientific sources are conditionally divided into three main groups: by purpose, goals and methods; depending on the object to which management actions are directed and on influence on a condition of system. The author's vision of the model of organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the economic stability of the enterprise based on strategic management is proposed. The content of the main elements of the presented organizational and economic mechanism to ensure the economic stability of the enterprise: the purpose and objectives of its formation, subject, object, subject, management. Special attention is paid system of providing organizational and economic mechanism for ensuring the economic stability of the enterprise. The proposed mechanism is an open, dynamic system that takes into account the impact of external and internal environmental factors on the level of economic stability of the enterprise, is based on strategic management and aims to achieve the main goals of sustainable development.
