ШЛЯХИ ВДОСКОНАЛЕННЯ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ОХОРОНИ ПРАЦІ НА ПІДПРИЄМСТВАХ, В УСТАНОВАХ ТА ОРГАНІЗАЦІЯХ
Анотація
кономічного розвитку держави є створення безпечних умов праці. Він включає в себе складову державної політики, національної безпеки та державного будівництва, функції органів виконавчої влади, місцевих державних адміністрацій, виконавчих органів рад, підприємств.
Людина та її здоров'я — найбільша цінність держави, яка докладає великих зусиль, створюючи умови безпечної життєдіяльності людини як у середовищі мешкання, так і в середовищі праці.
Будь-який вид економічної діяльності повинен бути вигідним суспільству, а також прибутковим у бізнес-секторі, але водночас така діяльність може негативно вплинути на життя та здоров'я її учасників або нанести інші види шкоди, наприклад, моральної, заподіяння шкоди, хвороби, повної втрати працездатності або смерті. Праця на виробництві (за працевлаштуванням), різні види розваг і навіть діяльності, пов'язаної із здобуттям знань, можуть завдати шкоди працівникам. Тому історія і практика довели, що будь-яка діяльність за сучасних умов потенційно небезпечна. Абсолютної безпеки праці немає взагалі, тобто стану усунення всіх небезпек для працівників. Тому роботодавці повинні усвідомлювати необхідність забезпечення безпеки праці, яка здається неможливою без належних методів та інструментів.

WAYS TO IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATION OF LABOR PROTECTION IN ENTERPRISES, INSTITUTIONS AND ORGANIZATIONS
Summary
A labour protection in Ukraine for today causes a serious disturbance. Inalienable part of socio-economic development of the state is creation of safe terms of labour. He includes for itself the constituent of public policy, national safety and state building, function of organs of executive power, local state administrations, executive branches of advices, enterprises.
The level of safety of any work in public production largely depends on the level of legal support for these issues, that is, from the quality and completeness of the presentation of the relevant requirements in laws and other regulations.
To solve existing problems in the field of labor protection, it is necessary to effective interaction between all public authorities and the public, and implementation of relevant programs at both the state and local levels, improve conditions and health and safety.
Man and his health are the greatest value of the state, which makes great efforts, creating conditions for safe human life both in the environment of residence and in the environment of work.
Comfortable and safe working conditions are among the main factors influencing the productivity and safety of the workforce.
Of course, the issue of workplace safety is multifaceted, complex and very important, because behind it — the life and health of workers. Therefore, safe working conditions in the workplace must become a priority both for the owners of the enterprises, and for the employees hired. After all today, it is more profitable to invest in the creation of safe working conditions, rather than incur huge material costs in the form of penalties, renovation of facilities malfunctioning after accidents, repair of damaged machinery and equipment.
Any type of economic activity should be beneficial to society, as well as profitable in the business sector, but at the same time such activity adversely affect the life and health of its participants or cause other types of harm, such as moral, causing damage, illness, complete disability or death. Work in production (employment), various types of entertainment and even activities, knowledge-related activities can harm employees. Therefore, history and practice have proven that any activity under modern conditions is potentially dangerous. There is no absolute safety of work at all, that is, the state of elimination of all dangers for employees. Therefore, employers should be aware of the need to ensure labor safety, which seems impossible without proper methods and tools.
It is urgent to improve the system of workplace safety as an important factor in increasing the efficiency of production on the basis of a detailed study of the economic and social social its aspects.
