ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ РОЗВИТКУ ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ КОРОНАКРИЗИ
Анотація
Пандемія коронавірусу і введення карантинних заходів є основною причиною загострення сучасної соціально-економічної ситуації й поглиблення кризових явищ в Україні. Саме тому статтю присвячено дослідженню тенденцій та перспектив розвитку економіки України в умовах коронакризи. Охарактеризовано короткострокові й довгострокові наслідки впливу Covid-19 на економіку країн світу та встановлено, що пандемія завдала економічному сектору кожної держави найбільшого удару за останні декілька десятиліть. Представлено результати SWOT-аналізу поточного стану української економіки, який дозволив окреслити потенційні ризики, а також перспективи функціонування суб'єктів економічної діяльності під час коронакризи. Здійснено детальний аналіз динаміки валового внутрішнього продукту України в національній валюті та доларах США, що дав змогу кількісно описати масштаби фактичних коливань значень цього показника з метою оцінювання його впливу на економічне становище країни за досліджуваний період. Окрім того, проаналізовано галузеву структуру валового внутрішнього продукту за секторами економіки через вертикальний розвиток, що дозволило виявити ключові структурні зміни та зробити висновок про уповільнення темпів економічного зростання. Оцінено підсумкові показники зовнішньої торгівлі України в умовах світової коронакризи й з'ясовано, що відбулося покращення сальдо торговельного балансу в 2020 р. у зв'язку з поступовим пом'якшенням карантинних обмежень. Побудовано рівняння лінійного тренду для прогнозування суми валового внутрішнього продукту України залежно від суми експорту, що дає підстави стверджувати, що в прогнозному періоді слід очікувати збільшення величини результуючого показника до 3661,73 млрд грн у 2023 р., що перевищує на 28,05% допандемічний рівень. Наведено авторські висновки з проведеного дослідження і визначено вектори подальших наукових розвідок за цією проблематикою.

TRENDS AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE'S ECONOMY IN THE CORONAVIRUS CRISIS
Summary
The global coronavirus pandemic and the introduction of quarantine measures are the main reason for escalation of the current socio-economic situation and deepening of the crisis in Ukraine. Therefore, the article is devoted to the study of development trends and prospects of the Ukrainian economy in the context of the coronavirus crisis. The short-term and long-term consequences of the impact of Covid-19 on the economy of the world countries have been described and it is established that the pandemic has dealt the biggest blow in the last few decades to the economic sector of each country. The results of SWOT analysis of the current state of the Ukrainian economy are presented, which allowed outlining potential risks, as well as prospects for the functioning of economic entities during the coronavirus crisis. A detailed analysis of the dynamics of Ukraine's gross domestic product in national currency and US dollars has been carried out, which made it possible to quantitatively describe the scale of actual fluctuations in the values of this indicator in order to assess its impact on the economic situation of the country during the study period. In addition, the sectoral structure of gross domestic product has been analyzed according to economy sectors through vertical development, which made it possible to identify key structural changes and conclude that the pace of economic growth is slowing down. The final indicators of Ukraine's foreign trade in the context of the global coronavirus crisis have been evaluated and it has been defined that there was an improvement in the trade balance in 2020 due to the gradual easing of quarantine restrictions. The equation of the linear trend has been constructed to predict the amount of Ukraine's gross domestic product depending on the amount of export, which gives reason to assert that in the forecast period we should expect an increase in the value of the resulting indicator to 3661.73 billion UAH in 2023, which exceeds the pre-pandemic level by 28.05%. Author's conclusions from the conducted study are given and vectors of further scientific researches on this issue are determined.
