ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ТІСНОТИ ЗВ'ЯЗКУ МІЖ ЕКСПЛЕРЕНТНОЮ СТРАТЕГІЄЮ ТА ФАЗАМИ ЖИТТЄВОГО ЦИКЛУ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ
Анотація
Стаття узагальнює аргументи та контраргументи в межах наукової дискусії з питання наявності тісноти зв'язку між експлерентною конкурентною стратегією та фазами життєвого циклу організації. Основною метою є визначення потреби в змінах під час переходу від однієї фази на іншу, нових якостей, що супроводжують цей перехід, змін у структурі, стратегії та інше. Основною задачею є перевірка наявності тісноти зв'язку трьох типів: спорідненого, протилежного та такого, що не піддається порівнянню. Для вирішення поставлених завдань в роботі застосовано метод морфологічного аналізу, аналізу та синтезу, систематизації, аналізу літературних джерел, методи оцінки узгодженості думок експертів, модель конкурентних стратегій А.Ю. Юданова, модель життєвого циклу організації за І. Адізесом. Наукова новизна полягає у постановці та розв'язанні науково-прикладної задачі оцінки тісноти зв'язку між експлерентною стратегією та фазами життєвого циклу організації та на їх основі вибору або своєчасної зміни конкурентної стратегії. Результати. На основі порівняння морфологічних тверджень отримано докази значущості та наявності тісноти різних типів зв'язків. На фазі "виважування" життєвого циклу виявлено дуже високу тісноту зв'язку між твердженнями спорідненими за контекстом. На другій фазі "вік немовляти" тіснота спорідненого зв'язку ще висока, але на третій фазі "Давай-давай" стає низькою. Реалізація експлерентної стратегії найбільш своєчасна та ефективна на фазі "виважування", але на другій фазі "вік немовляти" повинні бути прийняті управлінські дії щодо поступової зміни експлерентної стратегії на іншу, а на третій фазі "Давай-давай" такий перехід вже завершено. На наступних фазах тіснота зв'язку спорідненості стає дуже низькою або відсутня. На фазах стабільність, аристократизм, салем-сіті, бюрократизм та смерть спостерігається висока тіснота зв'язку тверджень протилежних за контекстом. Такі результати свідчать про неефективність впровадження експлерентної стратегії на зазначених фазах. Практична значимість полягає в удосконаленні моделей та методів формування проєктного інструментарію для управління змінами в організації.

STUDY OF THE CLOSENESS BETWEEN EXPLERENT STRATEGY AND PHASES OF THE ORGANIZATION LIFE CYCLE
Summary
The article summarizes the arguments and counter-arguments within the scientific discussion on the existence of the closeness connection between the explerent competitive strategy and the phases of the organization life cycle. The main goal is to determine the relationships and their types between the explerent strategy and phases of the organization life cycle, changes during the transition from one phase to another, to identify new qualities that accompany this transition, changes in structure, strategy, etc. The main task is to check the closeness of three types: related, opposite and incomparable. To solve the tasks in the work used the method of morphological analysis, analysis and synthesis, systematization, analysis of literature sources, methods of assessing the consistency of expert opinions, the model of competitive strategies A. Yu. Yudanova, the model of the life cycle of the organization according to I. Adizes. The originality lies in the formulation and solution of the scientific-applied problem of assessing the closeness of the relationship between the explerent strategy and the phases of the organization life cycle and on their basis the choice or timely change of competitive strategy. Results. Comparison of morphological statements has provided evidence of the significance and closeness of different types of relationships. In the life cycle "balancing" phase, there is a very high degree of closeness between the statements related to the context. In the second phase of the "baby's age", the closeness of the relationship is still high, but in the third phase, "Come on, come on" becomes low. The implementation of the explerent strategy is the most timely and effective in the "balancing" phase, but in the second phase of the "baby's age" management actions should be taken to gradually change the explerent strategy to another, and in the third phase of "Come on" such a transition is completed. In the following phases, the closeness of the relationship becomes very low or absent. In the phases of stability, aristocracy, sale-city, bureaucracy and death, there is a high degree of closeness between statements opposite in context. Such results indicate the inefficiency of the implementation of the explerent strategy in these phases. The practical value lies in the improvement of models and methods of forming project tools for change management in the organization.
