ЦИФРОВІЗАЦІЯ БІЗНЕС-ПРОЦЕСІВ В ЦИВІЛЬНІЙ АВІАЦІЇ

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано основні теоретичні аспекти впровадження цифровізації бізнес-процесів у цивільній авіації. Визначено основні сучасні тенденції цифрової трансформації, які актуальні для авіаційної галузі на сьогодні. Авторами відображено основні перспективні напрями запровадження цифрових технологій в діяльність провідних авіапідприємств світу. В процесі дослідження проаналізовано загальні трансформаційні процеси, що відбуваються в авіації за рахунок впровадження цифрових інновацій. Проведено аналіз основних ефективних IT-рішення, які використовуються в сфері обслуговування пасажирів під час здійснення авіаперельоту. Також авторами визначено, як цифрові технології впливають на безпеку польотів та оптимізацію роботи персоналу авіаційних підприємств. У результаті дослідження встановлено, що впровадження цифровізації бізнес-процесів суттєво впливає на загальну ефективність діяльності авіакомпаній та аеропортів. Визначено, що використання сучасних цифрових технологій дає можливість підвищити якість обслуговування пасажирів, підвищити пропускну спроможність аеропортів, а також підвищити рівень безпеки під час перельотів.

DIGITALIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES IN CIVIL AVIATION

Summary

During research the authors detected that the digital transformation of business processes helps to increase the company efficiency in any industry. It was also found that the introduction of digital technologies has got a positive impact on the functioning and development of aviation enterprises. It was determined that a lot of coming information with a need to be processed quickly causes the increase in financial investments into the digital technologies introduction in the world's leading airports. It was stated that this leads to the business model modification within many international airports.
The Article covers analyzing the main theoretical aspects of introduction of business processes digitalization in civil aviation. It identifies the general modern trends of digitalization, which are relevant for the aviation industry nowadays. The authors showed the main forward-looking areas for the introduction of digital technologies in the activities of the world's leading airlines. In the course of the research the general transformation processes taking place in aviation due to the introduction of digital innovations were analyzed. Analysis of the main effective IT solutions used in the field of passenger service during the flight was conducted. The authors also identified how digital technologies affect flight safety and optimization of personnel's work being a part of aviation companies. The research found that the introduction of business processes digitalization significantly influences the overall efficiency of airlines and airports. It is determined that the use of modern digital technologies makes it possible to improve the quality of passenger service, increase the capacity of airports as well as increase the level of safety during flights.
Also during research the main digitalization trends which are relevant to domestic aviation companies were studied. It is determined which directions within introduction of digital technologies in the aviation industry have been already actively developing in our state. A number of factors that negatively affect the process of digitalization in this industry were identified. It was established that the introduction of modern information technologies would allow the Ukrainian airports and airlines to increase their competitiveness level and to meet the growing needs of their customers properly.
