РОЗВИТОК ЕКОНОМІКИ УКРАЇНИ В УМОВАХ ЧЕТВЕРТОЇ ПРОМИСЛОВОЇ РЕВОЛЮЦІЇ
Анотація
У статті розглядаються питання особливостей розвитку та умов запровадження принципів та складових четвертої промислової революції (Індустрії 4.0) в Україні. Проаналізовано трактування поняття як нового рівня організації виробництва і управління ланцюжком створення вартості протягом усього життєвого циклу продукції, що випускається, зміни технологічних укладів з подальшим різким стрибком продуктивності і зростанням економіки (промислові / індустріальні революції), появи інформаційних систем відкритого доступу, а також глобальних інтегрованих між собою промислових мережевих потоків, що виходять за межі інформаційного простору окремого підприємства і мають здатність взаємодіяти між собою.
Показано, що надмірна продуктивність матеріальних і нематеріальних галузей національної економіки дає можливість у найближчій перспективі досягнути належного рівня прожиткового мінімуму в суспільстві, незалежно від віку, фахової приналежності і соціального статусу члена спільноти. Результатом цього також повинно бути вирівнюння неналежних пропорцій між класами суспільства, реального утворення в Україні потужного середнього класу. А сама сутність цього процесу піддається повному функціональному прониканню мережевих складових інтернету та IT-технологій в практично усі сфери суспільного життя і галузі промисловості — від повсякденного побуту до промислового виробництва. "Індустрія 4.0", передбачає застосування "інтернету речей", а також Big Data (структурованих і неструктурованих даних величезних обсягів і значного розмаїття) на виробництві, завдяки чому його ланки пов'язані між собою за допомогою значної кількості різноманітних платформ мережі інтернет, самостійно та індивідуально знаходять та запроваджують напрямки можливого зниження власних витрат.
Обгрунтовано, що подекуди дещо обережне ставлення до пришвидшення темпів впровадження та реалізації проєктів Індустрії 4.0 може суттєво знизити шанси досягнення позитивних результатів, а тренд із створення широких, різнопланових мульти-стейкхолдерських платформ працевлаштування повинен бути орієнтованим на зростання або розгортання технологічних виробничих напрямів, програм підтримки підприємництва, що прискорюється за рахунок цифрової трансформації і цифровізації сфери підприємництва.

DEVELOPMENT OF UKRAINE'S ECONOMY IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE FOURTH INDUSTRIAL REVOLUTION
Summary
In the article the questions of features of development and terms of input of principles and constituents of the fourth industrial revolution (Industries 4.0) are examined in Ukraine. Interpretation of concept is analysed, as a new level of organization of production and management of creation of cost beaded during all life cycle of products that is produced, changes of the technological modes with the further sharp jump of the productivity and increase of economy (industrial / industrial revolutions), appearance of the informative systems of open access, and also global integrated inter se industrial network streams that go out outside informative space of separate enterprise and have ability cooperate interse.
It is shown that the excessive productivity of material and non-material industries of national economy gives an opportunity in the nearest prospect to attain the proper level of living wage in society, regardless of age, professional belonging and social status of member of association. By the result of it also it must be smoothing of improper proportions between the classes of society, real formation in Ukraine of powerful middle class.
And essence of this process yields complete functional penetration of network constituents of the internet and IT— of technologies in practically all spheres of public life and industry of industry — from the everyday way of life to the industrial production. "Industry 4.0", envisages application of the "internet of things", and also Big Data (structured and unstructured data of enormous volumes and considerable variety) on a production, due to what his links are constrained inter se by means of far of various platforms of network the internet, independently and individually find and enter directions of the possible own cost cutting.
Reasonably, that here and there something careful attitude toward the acceleration of rates of introduction and realization of projects of Industry 4.0 can substantially bring down the chances of achievement of positive results, and a trend from creation of wide, різнопланових мульти-стейкхолдерських platforms of employment must be oriented to the increase or development of technological productive directions, programs of support of enterprise that is accelerated due to digital transformation and цифровізації sphere of enterprise.
