ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ЗАСАДИ ДОСЛІДЖЕННЯ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ЗЕЛЕНОГО ПІДПРИЄМНИЦТВА
Анотація
У публікації визначено теоретико-методологічні засади дослідження інтелектуального капіталу зеленого підприємництва, щодо природи та сутності якого не існує уставленого та загальновизначеного трактування, і охоплює неуречівлені активи підприємства. Узагальнивши та проаналізувавши підходи до визначення сутності та природи інтелектуального капіталу підприємства, концепцію зеленого інтелектуального капіталу організації, можемо зазначити, що питання управління інтелектуальним капіталом зеленого підприємництва з метою вироблення організаційної екоорієнтації в сучасних умовах біоекономіки, потребує грунтовного наукового вивчення з використанням відповідної теоретико-методологічної основи. У цьому контексті найдоцільнішим вбачається системне представлення та дослідження інтелектуального капіталу підприємства та розробки новітньої моделі структурно-функціональних елементів зеленого інтелектуального капіталу підприємства з можливістю управління рівнем узгодженості між самовідновлюваними унікальними складовими сукупності досліджуваних нематеріальних активів суб'єктів підприємницької діяльності.

THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL PRINCIPLES OF RESEARCH OF THE INTELLECTUAL CAPITAL OF THE GREEN ENTREPRENEURSHIP
Summary
The theoretical and methodological foundations of the study of intellectual capital of green entrepreneurship, the nature and essence of which there is no established and generally accepted interpretation, and covers the intangible assets of the enterprise have been defined. The stages in the formulation of the definition of intellectual capital of the enterprise have been identified: the initial stage, conceptual, integrative-cumulative, structural, functional, system-dynamic. The theory of intellectual capital does not actually provide a comprehensive and established answer not only to the structural structure of intangible assets of the enterprise, but also to its essential nature. Despite the lack of a generally accepted definition of this concept, the term "intellectual capital of the enterprise" is actively used and serves as a basis for new conceptual developments, such as green intellectual capital of the enterprise. New concepts and programs have been proposed that focus on the eco-entrepreneurial approach to developing strategies for the development of organizations, in particular, green intellectual capital is seen as a way or method to achieve a "green" orientation of entrepreneurship. There is an opinion among scientists that green intellectual capital is one of the factors determining the success of organizations today. Modern socio-economic transformations and rapid changes caused by the formation and development of the bioeconomy, encourage companies to seek tools and tools that would harmonize and ensure their long-term development. Summarizing and analyzing approaches to defining the essence and nature of intellectual capital of the enterprise, the concept of green intellectual capital of the organization, we can say that the management of intellectual capital of green entrepreneurship in order to develop organizational eco-orientation in modern bioeconomics, requires thorough scientific study using appropriate theoretical and methodological. In this context, the most appropriate is the systematic presentation and study of intellectual capital of the enterprise and the development of the latest model of structural and functional elements of green intellectual capital of the enterprise with the ability to manage the level of consistency between self-renewable unique components of the intangible assets of business entities.
