СТРАТЕГІЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ЕФЕКТИВНОСТІ МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ СТІЙКИМ РОЗВИТКОМ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В УМОВАХ КОНКУРЕНТНОГО БІЗНЕС-СЕРЕДОВИЩА
Анотація
У статті розглянуто питання, що стосується стратегічних аспектів ефективності менеджменту стійким розвитком підприємства в умовах конкурентного бізнес-середовища та систематизації критеріїв оцінки ефективності менеджменту стійким розвитком підприємства в стратегічній перспективі. Обгрунтовано методику формування, послідовність дій оцінки ефективності менеджменту стійким розвитком підприємства в стратегічній перспективі з використанням складних і комплексних категорій. Систематизовано критерії оцінки ефективності менеджменту стійким розвитком підприємства в стратегічній перспективі. Розглянуто комплексний, цілісний підхід, який грунтується на взаємодії та інтегративних зв'язках системи управління та господарського механізму управління розвитком підприємства. Досліджено основні критерії оцінки ефективності менеджменту стійким розвитком підприємства. Методологічно сформовано підхід до оцінки ефективності менеджменту стійким розвитком підприємства в стратегічній перспективі.

STRATEGIC ASPECTS OF MANAGEMENT OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE COMPETITIVE BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT
Summary
The article considers the issues related to the strategic aspects of management efficiency of sustainable development of the enterprise in a competitive business environment and systematization of criteria for assessing the effectiveness of management of sustainable development of the enterprise in the strategic perspective. The strategy of effective management of sustainable development of the enterprise in a competitive business environment is a difficult issue because to solve it is necessary to use systematic and structural modeling of a process or object in real conditions, as well as to predict its state in the future with various changes in an external and internal environment.
The method of formation, the sequence of actions to assess the effectiveness of management of sustainable development of the enterprise in the strategic perspective using complex and complex categories are substantiated. Thus, the issue of deeper study of the practice of applying progressive methods of assessing the effectiveness of management of sustainable development of the enterprise in the strategic perspective is becoming increasingly important.
The criteria for assessing the effectiveness of management of sustainable development of the enterprise in the strategic perspective are systematized. The strategy of sustainable development of the enterprise is a process in which there is a purposeful change of structure and functionality, which leads to a change in the quality of the enterprise, which allows you to successfully pass critical points and move to a new stage, thus creating "cyclical-continuous" development.
An integrated, holistic approach is considered, which is based on the interaction and integrative relations of the management system and the economic mechanism of enterprise development management. In a market economy, taking into account the dynamic external and internal environment, the main task of the management system — to maintain the necessary balance and minimize risk to the enterprise when measuring internal and external factors based on the implementation of certain economic, financial, organizational and other actions.
The main criteria for assessing the effectiveness of management of sustainable development of the enterprise are studied. Methodologically formed approach to assessing the effectiveness of management of sustainable development of the enterprise in the strategic perspective.
Thus, the results of the above research will help improve the strategic aspects of sustainable development management based on a simplified assessment of sustainable development management in a strategic perspective and identify key areas of influence in a competitive business environment and can be used in the further methodology of modern theory management.
