ФОРМУВАННЯ МЕХАНІЗМУ ЕКОЛОГІЧНОГО МЕНЕДЖМЕНТУ В КОНТЕКСТІ КОНЦЕПЦІЇ СТАЛОГО РОЗВИТКУ

Анотація

У статті проаналізовано теоретичні основи формування екологічного менеджменту. Показано, що в умовах сучасного розвитку України намітилася тенденція масового зміщення акцентів у бік екологізації бізнесу та екологічного позиціювання товарів та послуг. Найважливішою проблемою сучасного етапу економічного розвитку є наростання економічної та екологічної криз. Це вимагає пошуку нових пріоритетів сталого розвитку, найважливішим з яких стає необхідність глибокої екологізації економіки. Все більш очевидною стає необхідність пошуку нових, прийнятних в сьогоднішніх умовах, шляхів і підходів до мінімізації негативної дії на навколишнє середовище. Основним з таких шляхів в розвинених країнах світу став розвиток екологічно та економічно ефективного виробництва. У роботі визначено сутність екологічного менеджменту, обгрунтовано його роль в економічній системі підприємства, визначено елементи та інструменти механізму екологічного менеджменту. В роботі наведено основні положення та принципи формування механізму екологічного менеджменту в контексті сталого розвитку суспільства. Доведено, що поєднання інтересів економіки та екології є одним із шляхів досягнення сталого розвитку.

FORMATION OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT MECHANISM IN THE CONTEXT OF THE SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT

Summary

The theoretical bases of formation of ecological management are analyzed in the article. The attractiveness of the green goods market and their importance for the modern society are considered. It is shown that in the conditions of modern development of Ukraine there has been a tendency of mass shift of accents towards greening of business and ecological positioning of goods and services. The most vital problem at the current stage of economic development is the growth of economic and environmental crises. This calls for the search of new priorities in sustainable development, the most important of which is the need for deep ecologicalization of the economy. The need to find new ways and approaches that suit today conditions and minimize the negative impact on the environment is becoming more and more obvious. Development of environmentally and economically efficient production is now in the mainstream in the developed countries worldwide. The essence of environmental management is defined in the paper, its role in the economic system of the enterprise is justified, elements and tools of the environmental management mechanism are described. The author maintains that formation of instruments for the environmental management of an industrial enterprise.This is confirmed by the emergence of environmental programs implemented by leading companies and includes eco-modernization of production, installation of eco-equipment, production of eco-products and more. The analysis of foreign and domestic publications on the interpretation of the essence of the concept of "environmental management ". It is established that the concepts of eco- management have been developed in stages, with each subsequent stage being a logical continuation of the previous one and based on the methodological apparatus formed at the previous stage. The main principles and principles of formation of the mechanism of ecological management in the context of sustainable development of the society are presented in the work. Areas of research that ensure the effective functioning of the mechanism of environmental management are identified. It is shown that their main essence is to meet consumer needs while maintaining the ecological balance of the environment, public health, and reducing production costs of the enterprise. Significance and necessity of implementation of environmental management in Ukraine is substantiated. It is proved that the combination of interests of economy and ecology is one of the ways to achieve sustainable development.
