СУЧАСНІ ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ НА РИНКУ ПРАЦІ В УКРАЇНІ ТА ВПЛИВ НА НИХ ДЕМОГРАФІЧНИХ ПРОЦЕСІВ
Анотація
Основою успішної та довгострокової діяльності держави, її ключовим ресурсом виступають люди. Саме вони виступають одним із основних чинників, за рахунок яких досягається економічне зростання в країні. Протягом останніх десятиліть чисельність населення по всьому світу стрімко зростає. Проте в Україні ситуація дещо інша. Так, згідно з останніми дослідженнями кількість людей в Україні стрімко знижується. Відтак закономірною постає необхідність врахування впливу зазначених демографічних тенденцій на ринок праці та економіку країни загалом, що й зумовлює актуальність проведеного дослідження.
Таким чином, у науковій статті визначено тенденції зміни чисельності населення починаючи із середини минулого століття, а також проаналізовано фактори, які на неї вплинули. Визначено динаміку зміни вікового складу населення за 2017—2019 роки, а також встановлено, що відстежується чітка тенденція до старіння працездатного населення. Окрім того, в межах наукової статті визначено динаміку зміни структури населення за статевою та територіальною приналежністю. В результаті аналізу встановлено, що станом на 2019 рік кількість працездатного жіночого та чоловічого населення зросла порівняно із 2017 роком, а також відслідковувалась чітка тенденція до зростання сільського та міського населення. Визначено основні показники, за якими характеризують ринок праці, і встановлено, що середньо штатна кількість працівників протягом 2010—2019 років зменшується поруч із зменшенням коефіцієнту по прийому та зростанням коефіцієнту по звільненню, що є негативним. Проаналізовано тенденції зміни номінальної та реальної заробітної плати протягом 2010—2019 років.
Продовжуючи окреслену лінію дослідження, встановлено, які заходи повинна застосовувати держава для спрямування наявних тенденцій в демографічній сфері для потреб розвитку вітчизняного ринку праці, зокрема шляхом стимулювання зростання саме працездатного населення, за рахунок скорочення рівня смертності, а також проведення політики повернення трудових мігрантів. Водночас визначено, що окрім негативних наслідків трудової міграції, є й позитивні її сторони для України, які проявляються у додаткових інвестиціях з-за кордону, а також зменшенням навантаження на ринок праці та соціальну сферу. З іншого боку, тенденції 2020 року, пов'язані із запровадженням карантину стимулювали повернення до України значної частки працездатного населення. Тепер перед керівництвом держави постало нове завдання — втримати його в Україні та забезпечити гідною роботою. Результати прийнятих заходів ми матимемо змогу оцінити згодом.

THE IMPACT OF DEMOGRAPHIC PROCESSES ON THE ECONOMIC GROWTH IN UKRAINE
Summary
The basis of successful and long-term activity of the state, its key resource are people. They are one of the main factors that achieve economic growth in the country. The population around the world has been growing rapidly in recent decades. However, the situation in Ukraine is somewhat different. Thus, according to recent studies, the number of people in Ukraine is rapidly declining. Therefore, it is natural to take into account the impact of these demographic trends on the labor market and the economy as a whole, which determines the relevance of the study.
Thus, the scientific article identifies trends in population growth since the middle of last century, as well as analyzes the factors that influenced it. The dynamics of changes in the age structure of the population for 2017-2019 is determined, and it is also established that there is a clear trend towards the aging of the working population. In addition, within the framework of the scientific article, the dynamics of changes in the structure of the population by gender and territorial affiliation is determined. As a result of the analysis, it was found that as of 2019, the number of able-bodied women and men increased compared to 2017, and a clear trend towards the growth of rural and urban populations was observed. The main indicators characterizing the labor market are determined, and it is established that the average number of employees during 2010—2019 decreases along with the decrease in the admission rate and the increase in the dismissal rate, which is negative. Trends in changes in nominal and real wages during 2010—2019 are analyzed.
Continuing the outlined line of research, it is established what measures the state should take to address current demographic trends for the development of the domestic labor market, in particular by stimulating the growth of the working population by reducing mortality and implementing a policy of return of migrant workers. At the same time, it was determined that in addition to the negative consequences of labor migration, there are also its positive aspects for Ukraine, which are manifested in additional investments from abroad, as well as a reduction in the burden on the labor market and social sphere. On the other hand, the trends of 2020 related to the introduction of quarantine stimulated the return to Ukraine of a significant proportion of the working population. Now, the state leadership faces a new task — to keep it in Ukraine and provide decent work. We will be able to evaluate the results of the measures taken later.
