ОЦІНЮВАННЯ СТАНУ НАЦІОНАЛЬНОЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ ЗА ФІНАНСОВО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИМИ ПОКАЗНИКАМИ ГАЛУЗЕВОГО РОЗВИТКУ
Анотація
У статті проведено оцінювання стану національної економіки за фінансово-економічними показниками пріоритетних галузей: промисловий комплекс, сільське господарство, фінансова і страхова діяльність, торгівля, транспорт і складування, операції з нерухомістю. Досліджено рівень та динаміку таких галузевих показників: поточна та абсолютна ліквідність, коефіцієнт автономії, рентабельність активів, рентабельність обігових коштів, чиста маржа, рентабельність сумарних активів, оборотність активів, оборотність робочого капіталу, оборотність дебіторської заборгованості. Відзначено, що не всі досліджені галузі виконують нормативні значення за ліквідністю та фінансовою стійкістю, зафіксовано низькі значення показників прибутковості та недостатній рівень ділової активності. Низькі значення показників погіршуються середнім та високим рівнем волатильності їх динаміки за досліджуваний період, що доводить низьку прогностичність показників та ризикованість діяльності.

ASSESSMENT OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY ACCORDING TO FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC INDICATORS OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT
Summary
The article assesses the state of the national economy by financial and economic indicators of priority industries: industry, agriculture, financial and insurance activities, trade, transport and warehousing, real estate. Sectoral indicators have always aroused the interest of both scientists and practitioners, investors, government at all levels, as their importance, structure and dynamics will determine the trajectory of the national economy. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that updated statistics and their limited access require systematic review, analysis and evaluation in order to update the existing knowledge base on the sectoral development of the national economy. In the course of the research the methods of financial-economic and critical analysis, synthesis, graphic, statistical, grouping methods, integrated evaluation were applied.
The level and dynamics of such industry indicators as: current and absolute liquidity, autonomy ratio, return on assets, return on working capital, net margin, return on total assets, return on assets, turnover of working capital, turnover of receivables are studied. Integrated indicators of the financial and economic situation of the national economy according to the studied industry indicators are constructed. It is noted that not all studied industries meet the normative values of liquidity and financial stability, low values of profitability and insufficient level of business activity. Low values of indicators are exacerbated by the average and high level of volatility of their dynamics during the study period, which proves the low predictability of indicators and risk of activity.
Based on the data of integrated indicators, it is proved that the national economy for the period under study is characterized by an average level of financial and economic situation with an average and high level of variability in the dynamics of indicators. The implementation of measures to stabilize positive trends and increase the level of financial and economic situation of certain sectors of the national economy, which determine the level of the country's GDP, is a priority.
