ТРАНСНАЦІОНАЛЬНІ КОРПОРАЦІЇ: ТЕОРЕТИКО-МЕТОДОЛОГІЧНІ ОСНОВИ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ В УМОВАХ ГЛОБАЛІЗАЦІЇ ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
У статті розглянуто теоретико-методологічний підхід до організації діяльності транснаціональних корпорацій в умовах глобалізаційних процесів економіки. Обгрунтовано теоретико-методологічний базис створення економічних передумов діяльності транснаціональних корпорацій, який стає підгрунтям їх визначення у швидкозмінних процесах світогосподарських відносин як форма організації великого бізнесу, адекватно відповідаючому сучасному характеру міжнародного поділу праці. Це, з однієї сторони, дозволяє забезпечувати високу економічну ефективність такої діяльності, з іншої — дозволяє постійно використовувати великий потенціал пристосовності до нових умов і сприйнятливості до інновацій. Висвітлена роль і практичне значення транснаціональних корпорацій за способом і формами організації їх діяльності щодо забезпечення розвитку міжнародного виробничо-збутового, торгівельного і фінансового комплексу з єдиним центром прийняття рішень у країні розташування з їх філіями, представництвами та дочірніми компаніями.

TRANSNATIONAL CORPORATIONS: THEORETICAL AND METHODOLOGICAL FOUNDATIONS OF THE ORGANIZATION OF ACTIVITY IN THE CONTEXT OF ECONOMIC GLOBALIZATION
Summary
The article considers the theoretical and methodological approach to the organization of transnational corporations in the globalization of the economy. The study found that the close relationship between global processes and their main players makes it appropriate to comprehensively consider the main aspects of multinational companies and the characteristics of the current stage of globalization, where today they have some differences from other companies. In the course of their evolution, they have developed various models of internal organization and strategy of economic behavior, in which the development trends of multinational companies are trends in the world economy as a whole. Based on this approach, the theoretical and methodological basis for creating economic preconditions for transnational corporations is substantiated, which becomes the basis for their definition in the rapidly changing processes of world economic relations as a form of big business organization, adequately corresponding to the modern nature of the international division of labor. In turn, this leads to positive changes in the investment climate, and encourages the growth of transnationalization of national economies that are united in an economic bloc. Integration also intensifies cross-border mergers and acquisitions, which are becoming the main method of foreign investment. On the one hand, this approach allows ensuring high economic efficiency of international activities, on the other — allows you to constantly use the great potential of adaptability to new conditions and receptivity to innovation. The role and practical significance of transnational corporations in the way and forms of organization of their activities to ensure the development of international production, sales, trade and financial complex with a single decision-making center in the host country with their branches, representative offices and subsidiaries. It is determined that the influence of transnational corporations on the world economy is of a dualistic nature, such as a product of dynamically developing international economic relations and a powerful mechanism of influencing them, forming new and modifying existing economic relations.
