СУЧАСНИЙ СТАН І ТЕНДЕНЦІЇ РОЗВИТКУ ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНОЇ ВЛАСНОСТІ В РІЗНИХ ГАЛУЗЯХ ЕКОНОМІКИ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано особливості та тенденції розвитку світового ринку інтелектуальної власності в умовах інноваційного розвитку пріоритетних галузей економіки країни. Проведено оцінку діяльності із патентними заявками у відповідності до місць походження виробів. Розкрито зміст торгової марки. Проаналізовано, як надаються патенти в різних галузях господарства та як їхня кількість змінюється в залежності від періоду часу. Обгрунтовано доцільність комерціалізації об'єктів інтелектуальної власності в Україні. Визначено, що більша частина вітчизняних наукових продуктів і не патентується. Проте, якщо держава закріплює за собою права власності на всі інтелектуальні продукти, це створює підстави для стримування будь-якого бізнесу, що працює у сфері трансферу технологій. У цьому зв'язку запропоновано удосконалити науково-методологічний підхід до визначення права власника, закріплення прав на результати інтелектуальної праці та їх комерціалізацію.

CURRENT STATE AND TRENDS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IN DIFFERENT BRANCHES OF THE ECONOMY
Summary
Today, the intellectual property market, which functions as a separate sector of the world market, is extremely diversified, characterized by dynamic development and has a significant impact on macroeconomic indicators. Some of its trends and specific features allow us to analyze the conditions and patterns of economic development of individual regions and countries of the world, depending on the degree of their integration into the world market of intellectual property.
In this regard, the study of the current state, features, main trends and prospects of the world market of intellectual property is of particular importance.
Based on the above, the aim was to analyze the features and trends of the global intellectual property market in terms of innovative development of priority sectors of the economy.
A registered trademark grants its owner important exclusive rights. Among them: the exclusive right of use; effective investment; object for sale (lease); intangible asset for the authorized capital or balance sheet of the enterprise.
One of the main directions of development of the national economy in Ukraine is its agro-industrial complex. Ukraine has a strong production potential and favorable natural and climatic conditions for conducting highly profitable agricultural business. The scientific potential of agricultural scientists also gives hope for the introduction of new innovative technologies in agricultural production.
Thus, intellectual property gives the right to own a product created by human intelligence. Analysis of the commercialization of intellectual property in Ukraine shows that most domestic scientific products are not patented. Often, new research results are published in the open press or passed on free of charge to foreign colleagues, as a result of which intellectual rent settles outside Ukraine. At the same time, most of them are created in scientific institutions financed from the state budget. However, if the state retains ownership of all intellectual products, this creates grounds for deterring any business operating in the field of technology transfer. In this regard, it is necessary to develop a scientific and methodological approach to determining the right of the owner, the consolidation of rights to the results of intellectual work and their commercialization.
