ВИЗНАЧЕННЯ МОДЕРНІЗАЦІЙНОГО ПОТЕНЦІАЛУ РЕГІОНАЛЬНОГО ПРОСТОРУ НА ОСНОВІ ДИНАМІЧНИХ ПОКАЗНИКІВ ДОДАНОЇ ВАРТОСТІ ЗА ВИДАМИ ЕКОНОМІЧНОЇ ДІЯЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
У статті проаналізовано сутність поняття регіонального простору та його модернізації, обгрунтовано складові цього процесу в сучасних умовах розвитку суспільства. В результаті проаналізовано особливості трансформації фундаментальних факторів модернізації регіонального простору в сучасних умовах, що дозволило виокремити ті аспекти, котрі потребують найбільшої оціночної уваги, зокрема додану вартість. Автором розкрито особливості сутності та існуючих методик оцінки доданої вартості у різних її контекстах та проаналізовано динаміку цього показника на макро- та мезорівні. Результати аналізу дозволили обгрунтувати, що регіональні економічні системи України потребують не просто стимулювання поступового розвитку, а комплексної модернізації на всіх рівнях: управління, комунікацій, структури, номенклатури виробництва та технологій тощо, а також виділити основні проблеми та умови модернізації регіонального простору в умовах глобалізації та інтеграційних процесів як в Україні, так і світі.

DETERMINING THE MODERNIZATION POTENTIAL OF THE REGIONAL SPACE ON THE BASIS OF DYNAMIC VALUE-ADDED INDICATORS BY TYPE OF ECONOMIC ACTIVITY
Summary
The article analyses the essence of the concept of regional space and its modernization, substantiates the components of this process in modern conditions of social development. Modern conditions of development require the regional space to have a high level of self-development potential, effective organization and structuring, mobility of internal communications. Accordingly, directions and programs for the further development of the region should be based not only on analytical data, but on the prospects of administrative-territorial transformation. In our opinion, the process of changing not only the quantitative parameters of the system, but also its qualitative characteristics, form and methods of interaction, while maintaining the main mission but adjusting the tasks in the direction of sustainable development, should be considered not just a reform, but a modernization. As a result, peculiarities of transformation of fundamental factors of regional space modernization in modern conditions were analysed, which allowed to distinguish those aspects that need evaluation the most, in particular, value added. The author reveals the peculiarities of the essence and the existing methods of evaluation of value added in its different contexts and analyses the dynamics of this indicator in the macro and meso level. The results of the analysis allowed proving that the regional economic systems of Ukraine need not just stimulation of gradual development, but complex modernization at all levels: management, communications, structure, range of manufacture and technologies, etc., as well as identifying the main problems and conditions of modernization of the regional space in the context of globalization and integration processes both in Ukraine and in the world. The modernization of the regional space requires approximation to the European standards of territorial development, which implies corresponding improvement of the quality of life of the population, development of business infrastructure, implementation of new forms of management and organization of doing business, etc.
