АНАЛІЗ ДИСЕРТАЦІЙНИХ ДОСЛІДЖЕНЬ В СФЕРІ УПРАВЛІННЯ ПЕРСОНАЛОМ

Анотація

У статті проведено дослідження щодо захищених дисертацій стосовно управління персоналом та адаптивного управління за 2000—2019 рр. в Україні. Обгрунтовано вибірку дослідження, яка сформована на основі даних Національного репозитарію академічних текстів. Проаналізовано методичний інструментарій, який використовувався попередніми дослідниками. Визначено динаміку за роками та структуру захищених робіт у розрізі ступенів, галузей економіки, спеціальностей, установами, географічними центрами наукових шкіл.
Встановлено, що тематика щодо управління персоналом є поширеною темою і охоплює не лише економічні науки, але й присутня в дослідженнях щодо фармацевтики, державного управління тощо, водночас обмежено розкрито стосовно персоналу будівельних підприємств і зовсім не висвітлено в аспекті адаптивного управління персоналом будівельних підприємств.
Вказане свідчить про актуальність та необхідність розробки теми щодо адаптивного управління персоналом будівельних підприємств, що й є напрямом подальшого дослідження автора.

ANALYSIS OF DISSERTATION RESEARCH IN THE FIELD OF PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT

Summary

The research of protected thesises on personnel management and adaptive management for the years 2000-2019 was conducted in the article in Ukraine. A study sample based on data from the National Academic Text Repository is substantiated. The methodological tools used by previous researchers are analyzed. The dynamics by years and the structure of science works in terms of degrees, branches of economy, specialties, institutions, geographical centers of scientific schools are determined.
As a result of the analysis, it was found that HR management is a common topic and covers not only economic sciences, but is also present in research on pharmaceuticals, public administration, etc.
At the same time, the vast majority of theses are defended within the specialty 08.00.04 / 08.06.01 — which accounts for 115 works (76.67%). In total, 137 — Candidate (91.3%) and 13 — Doctoral (8.7%) theses. Among the institutions where works on this topic were defended, the leader is KhNUEU. S. Kuznets, in second place — Khmelnytsky National University, and in third — Donetsk State University of Economics and Trade. M. Tugan-Baranovsky. Analysis of the subject matter of the works showed that 42 works were secured without being tied to a specific type of enterprise; with reference to the specifics of one legal form — 6 works; for industrial enterprises (without specifying the type of industry) — 25; by mechanical engineering enterprises — 11; agriculture-related or agro-industrial complex — 13; in the field of construction companies — 4. According to the keywords "adaptive management" in the database there are 69 dissertations, which are distributed according to the branches as follows: 05 "Technical sciences" — 27 papers (39.1%); 08 "Economic Sciences" — 28 works (40,6%); 13 Pedagogical Sciences — 11 works (15.9%); 15 Pharmaceutical Sciences — 2 papers (2.9%); 21 National Security — 1 job (1.4%). The analysis of works in the economic sciences showed that the majority of them (17 works or 60.7%) are protected within the specialty 08.00.04 / 08.06.01. The topics of the dissertation research on the adaptive management of the personnel of construction enterprises during the analysis were not revealed, which indicates that this problem has not been elaborated in the scientific field of Ukraine and actualizes the scientific search in this field.
The above indicates the relevance and the need to develop a topic on the adaptive management of the personnel of construction enterprises, which is the direction of further research by the author.
