ФОРМУВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВИХ РЕСУРСІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВА В УМОВАХ КРИЗИ

Анотація

У статті досліджено сутність та особливості формування фінансових ресурсів підприємства в кризових умовах господарювання. Визначено, що фінанси підприємств відіграють значну роль у структурі фінансових відносин суспільства. Доведено, що фінансові ресурси підприємства — сукупність грошових коштів у фондовій, не фондовій або матеріальній формі, які призначені для виконання фінансових зобов'язань, здійснення поточних витрат і витрат на забезпечення розширеного відтворення. Фінансові ресурси генерують у собі грошові фонди, а також ту частину грошових коштів, що використовується підприємством у не фондовій формі. Досліджено, що постійні повноцінні фінансові ресурси характеризуються вільними грошовими коштами на рахунках і в касі, нерозподілений прибуток підприємства, а також кошти на депозитних рахунках спеціального типу, тобто такі, що завжди доступні підприємству.

FORMATION OF ENTERPRISE FINANCIAL RESOURCES IN THE CRISIS

Summary

The problem of formation and use of financial resources becomes extremely relevant in times of economic instability, primarily because the activity of the company in such conditions leads to a decrease in the value of current assets, poor use of resources belonging to the enterprise, a decrease in production capacity, as well as increase the likelihood of bankruptcy.
The article investigates the nature and peculiarities of formation of financial resources of an enterprise in crisis conditions of management. It is determined that the finances of enterprises play a significant role in the structure of financial relations of society. It is proved that the financial resources of the enterprise — a set of funds in stock, not stock or tangible form, which are intended to fulfill financial obligations, running costs and expenses for providing extended reproduction. In the specialized literature, the essence of financial resources is usually treated as monetary funds, which are created in the process of distribution, redistribution and use of gross domestic product, which is created over a period of time in the state. Financial resources generate cash as well as that part of the cash used by the enterprise in a non-equity form. It has been researched that permanent full-fledged financial resources are characterized by free cash on accounts and cash desk, undistributed profit of the enterprise, as well as funds on special-purpose deposit accounts, ie those that are always available to the enterprise.
Therefore, to summarize the above, it should be noted that financial resources are the most valuable asset of an enterprise, which, while constantly rotating, ensures the functioning of investment, operating and financial activities. The significant share of financial resources for the existence of the enterprise prompts the need for timely and qualitative analysis of sources of formation of assets of the enterprise. In economic crisis, the optimization of sources of financial resources of the enterprise should be based on the criteria of sufficiency, optimality of their correlation depending on the industry characteristics and specific conditions of management, economic feasibility of their involvement and efficiency.
