АНАЛІЗ ВПЛИВУ СОЦІАЛЬНОГО КАПІТАЛУ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ НА ЕФЕКТИВНІСТЬ МІЖНАРОДНОЇ ФІНАНСОВОЇ ДОПОМОГИ
Анотація
У статті розглядаються аналіз величини і напрям впливу соціального капіталу на ефективність міжнародної фінансової допомоги на основі економічних, демографічих та соціологічних дані для країн, що розвиваються, з джерел Світового банку та World Value Survey. Досліджуються задачі прогнозування величини і напрямку впливу соціального капіталу на ефективність міжнародної допомоги і економічне зростання на прикладі реальних даних країн, що розвиваються. В роботі досліджено вплив міжнародної фінансової допомоги на темпи економічного зростання в залежності від соціально-культурних характеристик підприємств та суспільства.
Обгрунтовано оптимальний вимір соціального капіталу, для побудови якого був використаний факторний аналіз. Після цього був проведений регресійний аналіз гіпотези про ефективну взаємодію фінансової допомоги з соціальним капіталом.

ANALYSIS OF THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL CAPITAL ON ENTERPRISES ON THE EFFECTIVENESS OF INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
Summary
The article examines the magnitude and direction of the impact of social capital on the effectiveness of international financial assistance based on economic, demographic and sociological data for developing countries from World Bank and World Value Survey sources. The tasks of forecasting the magnitude and direction of social capital's impact on the effectiveness of international assistance and economic growth are examined using real-world data from developing countries. The influence of international financial aid on the economic growth rates depending on the socio-cultural characteristics of enterprises and society is investigated in the paper.
Developing countries, which attract additional funds from external sources in the form of loans, grants, etc. in the process of implementing state institutional development programs, in their turn are marked by a transitional stage of industrial development and transformation of the economy to a market economy and usually have a lower standard of living than in the highly developed ones. countries.
Factor analysis was used to construct the optimal measurement of social capital. In the process of research on this topic, such methods of information processing and analysis were also used as methods of analysis, such as correlation analysis, method of interpolation of data with intervals, regression analysis, analysis of boundary effects, etc. The study also uses research methods such as formalization and visualization of conclusions, abstraction from the general, and synthesis of new results.
Given social capital as a determinant of economic growth, development aid can be used more effectively. For example, by improving the allocation of funds to regions with higher social capital. It can be argued that investment in such regions will be more appropriate.
The optimal measurement of social capital, for which factor analysis was used, was substantiated. Thereafter, a regression analysis of the hypothesis about the effective interaction of financial assistance with social capital was conducted.
