МІЖНАРОДНА ЕКОНОМІЧНА БЕЗПЕКА: ДЕТЕРМІНАНТИ ТА СКЛАДОВІ РОЗВИТКУ

Анотація

Виявлення детермінант, що впливають на міжнародну економічну безпеку, набуває особливої актуальності у разі поглиблення інтеграційних процесів та викликів глобалізації. В роботі розглянуті детермінанти впливу на міжнародну економічну безпеку, як-от: відмінності і суперечливість економічних інтересів, міжнародні політичні конфлікти, співвідношення автономії і взаємозалежності, ступінь залучення країни в світову економіку, торгові конфлікти. Систематизовано основні детермінанти впливу на міжнародну економічну безпеку використовуючі підходи Всесвітнього економічного форуму з урахуванням аналітичних звітів стосовно глобальних ризиків за категоріями: економічні, екологічні, геополітичні, соціальні, технологічні та в залежності від джерела виникнення поділені на об`єктивні, які виникають мимо волі суб`єктів безпеки і суб`єктивні породжені діями людей в різних організаціях. Суб'єктно-об'єктні відношення економічної безпеки реалізуються на глобальному, наднаціональному, державном, внутрішньодержавному та базовому рівнях ієрархії та структурних компонентах економічної безпеки в сучасних умовах просторової структури світового господарства, які поділені на внутрішні й зовнішні детермінанти загроз безпеки.

INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC SECURITY: DETERMINANTS AND COMPONENTS OF DEVELOPMENT

Summary

Formation and ensuring the economic security of the country in modern conditions require the study of the links between the challenges of globalization and deepening integration processes. The identification of determinants that affect economic security is of particular relevance. The concept of economic security is based on the question of achieving a balance of national and international various interest groups. The main factor of economic security is the differences and inconsistencies of economic interest, of which the interconnection of international and national levels is important. International political conflicts, as determinants of economic security, have an impact on economic development, which depends on the country's potential. The correlation of autonomy and interdependence causes a modification of the determinants that determine the level of the country's international economic security — the structure of commodity flows, the balance of payments and the exchange rate. A special place among the determinants is the degree of the country's involvement in the global economy and is of a dual nature. The greater the country's share in world trade, the more opportunities it has to influence other countries, but on the other hand, the penetration of foreign capital is stronger and the country is more susceptible to outside influences. The main determinants of the impact on international economic security are systematized using the approaches of the World Economic Forum taking into account analytical reports on global risks by categories: economic, environmental, geopolitical, social, technological and, depending on the source of occurrence, divided into objective ones that arise against the will of the subject of "security objects" and subjective generated by the actions of people in various organizations. Security implemented at the global, supranational, national, domestic and baseline levels of the hierarchy and the structural components of economic security in modern conditions of the spatial structure of the world economy, which are divided into internal and external determinants of security threats.
