ТЕОРЕТИЧНІ АСПЕКТИ ФОРМУВАННЯ Й РОЗВИТКУ ФЕРМЕРСЬКИХ ГОСПОДАРСТВ
Анотація
Визначено суб'єкти власності уречевлених і людських факторів в умовах найманої праці. Обгрунтовано, що найбільший виробничий ефект приватна власність забезпечує за умови, коли вона поєднується з працею самого власника. Приватна власність і приватне господарювання, які забезпечують економічний суверенітет виробнику, свободу у виробничій і комерційній діяльності, а відповідно безпосередню економічну заінтересованість до ефективного ведення господарства і відповідальність за результати виробничої і комерційної діяльності, не дали належного ефекту.
Обгрунтовано, що фермерство по ефективності поки що поступається іншим формам приватного і приватно-корпоративного господарювання. Саме це свідчить про те, що чинника приватної власності недостатньо. Він дає значний ефект лише в невеликих натуральних господарствах. Фермерські господарства як підприємницькі структури можуть ефективно функціонувати за сучасної техніко-технологічної бази, відповідної фахової підготовки їх власників та різних формах кооперації. Доведено, що оцінка потенціалу і проблем сучасного фермерства повинна мати системний характер.

THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF THE FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF FARMS
Summary
Defined entities owned materialized and human factors in terms of wage labor. Proved that the greatest effect of production provides private property, if it is combined with the work of the owner. It is determined that in private "labor" farms in one person combines the owner, owner and employee (combines the functions of property, labor and management), which ensures a fair and creative attitude of a person to work, rational use in the production of live and accomplished labor, caring attitude land and other means of labor and its results. Private property and private economy, which ensure the economic sovereignty of the producer, freedom in production and commercial activity, and consequently direct economic interest in the efficient management of the economy and responsibility for the results of production and commercial activity, did not give the proper effect.
Among the negative effects on their farm features options for production include the following factors: small scale production; use of mainly family work; lack of knowledge on a wide range of issues of technological, economic, market directions. Some are peculiar and show their action and other forms of organization of agricultural production, but the nature of their impact on certain legal forms of entities determined by the characteristics of these enterprises.
Proved that farming performance is still inferior to other forms of private enterprise and private entities. It is evidenced that the factor of private property is not enough. It provides a significant effect only in small subsistence farming. Farms like business structures can function effectively with technical and technological base, relevant professional training of owners and different forms of cooperation. It is proved that the assessment of the potential and problems of modern farming should be systematic. Features of the farms and determine the appropriate approach taking into account the factors of effective development. Each factor is doing its intended effect on a certain time interval and knowing the characteristics and condition of farms can affect their performance in this period.
