ФОРМУВАННЯ ФІНАНСОВИХ РЕСУРСІВ ПІДПРИЄМСТВ В УМОВАХ НЕСТАБІЛЬНОСТІ
Анотація
Розглянуто суть фінансових ресурсів, особливості їх формування. Систематизовано теоретичні погляди на визначення поняття "фінансові ресурси", досліджено характерні риси, класифікації та джерела формування фінансових ресурсів.
Розглянуто та проаналізовано динаміку складу та структури фінансових ресурсів підприємств, динаміку показників прибутковості підприємств України у порівнянні з підприємствами сільського, лісового та рибного господарств. Також було виділено особливості галузі сільського господарства.
Виокремили чинники впливу на фінансове забезпечення сільськогосподарських підприємств, основних постачальників запозичених джерел фінансових ресурсів для аграрних підприємств.
Запропонували можливі джерела формування власного капіталу сільськогосподарських підприємств, також найбільш вигідні джерела залучення фінансових ресурсів у сучасних умовах.
Також нами було розглянуто позитивні та негативні сторони банківських кредитів та їх динаміка для всіх підприємств України та підприємств сільського, лісового та рибного господарств окремо.

FORMATION OF FINANCIAL RESOURCES OF ENTERPRISES IN CONDITIONS OF INSTABILITY
Summary
The essence of financial resources, peculiarities of their formation are considered. Theoretical views on definition of the term "financial resources" are systematized, characteristic features, classifications and sources of formation are investigated.
Dynamics and structure of composition of financial resources of enterprises, dynamics of indicators of profitability of Ukrainian enterprises in comparison with enterprises of agriculture, forestry and fisheries are considered and analyzed. The features of agriculture were also highlighted.
The factors of influence on the financial support of agricultural enterprises, the main suppliers of borrowed sources of financial resources for agricultural enterprises, internal factors of enterprise efficiency were singled out.
Possible sources of formation of equity of agricultural enterprises were offered. And also the most profitable sources of attraction of financial resources.
We also considered the positive and negative aspects of bank loans and the dynamics of their growth for all enterprises of Ukraine and enterprises of agriculture, forestry and fisheries separately.
Successful businesses and organizations must pay sufficient attention to all areas of activity. One of the most important aspects of the work of any enterprise or organization irrespective of industry, ownership, organizational form and size is the financing of its needs. Due to the recent changes in the economic and financial spheres in Ukraine, managers have to think about changing approaches to the choice of funding sources.
In today's context, conscious financial policymaking cannot be overlooked. Raising any funds without impact analysis, as it was before, is already an illicit luxury for owners and managers. Therefore, special attention is needed to study the nature of financial resources.
We have identified possible sources of agricultural capital formation, the most profitable sources of attracting financial resources. Consider the positives and negatives of bank loans and the dynamics of their growth in Ukraine. Identified the features of financial resources as an economic category.
