ЕВРОПЕЙСКИЙ ОПЫТ УПРАВЛЕНИЯ ЕВРОРЕГИОНАЛЬНЫМ СОТРУДНИЧЕСТВОМ
Аннотация
В статье исследуются цели, задачи и принципы работы еврорегионов в ЕС. Уделено место юридическому и финансовому статусу еврорегионов. Приведен сравнительный анализ еврорегионов в странах ЕС, а также указано влияние стран в еврорегионах, а также их участие в различных программах и сделаны выводы. Отмечено, что членами еврорегионов в ЕС могут быть не только административно-территориальные единицы в виде округов, уездов, но и ассоциации городов. Основываясь на результатах исследования, можно отметить, что еврорегионы в ЕС имеют неординарную структуру, что связано с различной политической, экономической ситуацией в данных странах.
Однако, несмотря на неординарную структуру, можно утверждать, что еврорегионы играют важную роль в экономических проектах стран, логистике, развитие еврорегиональных кластеров.

EUROPEAN EXPERIENCE IN MANAGING EUROREGIONAL COOPERATION
Summary
The article is devoted to the study of the European experience of Euroregional cooperation and explores the goals, tasks and principles of work of the Euroregions in the EU. The place is given to the legal and financial status of Euroregions. A comparative analysis of the Euroregions in the EU countries is given, as well as the influence of countries in the Euroregions, as well as their participation in various programs.
On the borders of the EU member States there is a high level of integration, which is revealed not only in cooperation in the social and cultural spheres, but also in economic cooperation, contacts in the field of small business, airport construction, logistics interchanges in the form of the construction of new seaports, highways between Euroregions.
It is also noted that the countries of Eastern Europe successfully use the experience of Euro-regional cooperation of Western Europe using cross-border cooperation, the legislative database of countries
The advantage of Euroregions is their great flexibility in relation to take action. A wide range of statutory activities allows implementation of many interesting initiatives. We can say that these units have much "convenient" position than local government, which should carry out a certain set of own tasks.
Many euroregions in the EU perform their tasks in the field of information services, logistics, tourism. Of the logistics projects in the Euroregions, we can call the creation of airports, transport crossings. All this leads to the creation of a new task of Euro-regional cooperation — the creation of Euro-regional clusters for joint business on both sides of the Euroregion.
Studying the experience of Euro-regional cooperation of individual countries, it can be noted that the Euro-regions in the EU have an unusual structure, which is due to the different political and economic situation in these countries. So analyzing the Euroregions of Eastern Europe, we can say with confidence that they have fully formed the basis for cooperation.
